to
buy
a
drink
at
Carrefour.
I
recently
had
a
very
disappointing
experience
at
Carrefour
supermarket
and
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
feedback.
The
customer
assistance
I
encountered
was
extremely
defensive
and
not
at
all
willing
to
help.
I
had
been
in
the
store
for
about
5
minutes
when
I
realized
that
a
product
I
wanted
was
just
over
passing
the
self
checkout.
I
lean
my
bike
on
the
fence
next
to
the
tills
and
the
lady
(badge:
"ISA")
was
very
defensive
even
though
I
didn't
say
a
word
when
she
said
"
I
won't
help
you
I
won't
look
at
your
bike).
I
just
wanted
to
get
a
drink
and
get
on
my
way
but
this
lady
immediately
became
defensive
and
dismissive.
She
claimed
that
it
was
not
their
responsibility
to
look
at
my
bike.
But
I
insist,
I
did
not
ask
for
it
nor
say
a
word
and
I
got
her
annoying
aptitude
towards
me.
I
explained
myself
just
saying
I
want
to
buy
a
drink
quickly
and
I
would
be
out
on
my
way.
She
replied
"
no
I
can't
do
that...
you
can't
pass
over
here...but
only
this
time"
she
was
extremely
unhelpful
and
uncooperative.
I
left
the
store
feeling
extremely
disappointed
and
dissatisfied
with
the
level
of
customer
service
I
had
received.
Overall,
my
experience
at
Carrefour
was
very
negative
and
I
would
not
recommend
shopping
there
to
anyone
who
values
good
customer
service.
The
unhelpful
and
defensive
attitude
of
the
customer
assistance
was
a
major
letdown,
and
I
hope
that
the
store
takes
steps
to
improve
their
training
and
overall
approach
to
customer
service
in
the
future.
This
type
of
customer
service
assistant
seems
not
to
understand
that
a
retailer
company
needs
customers.
Even
for
a
little
single
item
shop.
