    Utilities looks all great but that is everything. Pediatric emergency is a joke and their so called specialists are completely useless: I was with my daughter ( 1 year and 8 months) 3 times in 3 days for fever over 40 and the only prescription was apiretal. I suggest them that may have otitis because the little one was accusing pains to the ears and I receive the response that : who am I (her parent), they have 15 years of experience. Next day to a state pediatrician it confirmed the otitis and provided proper treatment. I think they are either irresponsible or they don’t care but I hope someday, someone will bring them in front of justice for such a irresponsible behavior and no compasión. I’m really doubtful that so called specialists are really medics even by their behavior and diagnosis.

    I'm in the emergency room and the wait is logical but the patient care honestly leaves a lot to be desired. I came because of colic and I had to leave a urine sample. The people who assisted me to collect it were in conversation with colleagues and did not pay any attention to me. The truth is that they should take much more care if they consider themselves a high-level center. My work is also clinical and the patient must come first.

    More than two hours in the emergency room feeling terrible waiting for them to call me (from 2:09 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.) and there were few people waiting in the room, the people at the reception are arrogant and respond in a bad way, they shouldn't be working facing the public, at least the doctor who treated me well. I do not recommend this hospital.

    I put one star because it doesn't allow me to put less, a SHAME, SHAMELESS at 12.05 at night the room is almost full and only one doctor attending, people waiting since 8pm.     Hello, I was in this hospital today and the truth is that the waiting times for emergencies are a shame. We spent +1.5 hours waiting to be attended to. I don't know if this is always the case or what, but it's nothing serious. Plus, it's unbearably hot in the waiting room. I come frequently because I have work insurance with Sanitas and it is close to home, but I always say that this will be the last one. Greetings.

    Urgencias pediátricas. Trato deleznable, se respira mediocridad y falsedad desde el momento que pasas por la recepción. Los supuestos profesionales, hablan maravillas del mismo centro. Ni un solo pediatra en el turno de noche. No se toma la temperatura, ni se pesa a los niños, o se va más allá de un mediocre triaje. Una vez tienen un diagnóstico, sin demasiado criterio, en base a la repetición de pacientes, pretenden dejar de seguir haciendo pruebas que ya se han solicitado. Mejor ni mencionar como se les quitan las bolsitas para las muestras de orina a los pequeños pacientes, sin agua, de un tirón en seco. Respeto 0. Hacía mucho que no ponía una reseña de esta magnitud, tan negativa, pero está ocasión bien lo requiere.

    El Viernes 23 fui a Urgencias de este hospital porque me encontraba muy mal y estaba más cerca de casa. El trato que recibí fue muy bueno, sobretodo por el equipo de enfermería que había en la sala de observación. Irene, la enfermera que me atendió un verdadero amor. Da gusto encontrar gente así en momentos en los que uno lo está pasando muy mal. Gracias
