The best vegetarian lunch menu in Valencia and one of the best in Spain. Excellent service. Intimate dining space, reservation recommended.

We had an excellent lunch at La Cuina d'Adel. The food was thoughtfully prepared, with interesting and unique flavours in every dish, and it was fantastic value. The restaurant itself was bright and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. It's worth reserving a table in advance, because it's a popular place. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant!

The best vegan lunch we had in Valencia by far. Most amazing raviolis. Cozy little restaurant with friendly service and simply delicious food that will satisfy vegans and non-vegans. Reservations recommended.

Quaint place. The food is a set meal. You get all 3 appetizers. You choose one entree and one dessert. The appetizers were good- especially the crema. We had one each of the entrees and the ravioli was better. The rice was too salty. For dessert we had the chocolate/orange cake which was surprisingly moist for a gluten free option. We also had the apple tart which was good- quite light! We both enjoyed a glass of the house wine which was decent. Service was quick and friendly.

Lovely restaurant with delicious food. Is a 3 course menu with mostly vegan options. Everything was explained and also asked if we did have any allergies to considered. We were hungry and left the place full and happy!

A very good meal, at a really very affordable price (menu at 15€50 during the week, 20€ at the weekend) with a plate of starters (3 different) + 1 main course to choose from + 1 dessert. Gourmet and healthy at the same time. We really enjoyed it, we are neither vegetarian nor vegan, but I came away super happy. A very good address.

Portions are a bit small, but incredibly delicious. During the week itβ€˜s only 13,50 for a whole menu. Cozy atmosphere and good service

Wow, I can’t believe I just found this restaurant. The food is fantasticβ€”the portions are not huge, but the quality and preparation were excellent. The price is reasonable: 11 euros for a three course lunch. And you get to select from three options for each course. I will definitely be back.

Incredible place!! Food was amazing, service was incredible, multiple courses for little money. If you are vegan and in Valencia you have to check this place. Only note is that when I visited they didn't have a chair for babies and infants and the restaurant was extremely hot inside. Still, would highly recommend.

Tasty good. Very Nice ambient. Definitely ll come back. Only issue is that the portions are a bit small (if you eat much)

The food as always was excellent and the service first class. There was an option of 4 different first courses plus you could have a little of each. This is what we chose. It's a good job we did because such was the quality it would have been difficult to pick just one. The lasagne and chocolate and orange cake were very good too. This is a small restaurant and well worth a visit but I would recommend booking as its becoming very popular.

Together with mij family we had lunch at La Cuina d'Adel, a charming and intimate restaurant in Valencia. It was the best vegetarian and vegan meal I've ever had. Adel, the owner and host, made us feel welcomed and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was exceptional, Adel's passion for vegetarian cuisine shines through in every dish. I highly recommend visiting La Cuina d'Adel for a delightful dining experience. Youssef from the Netherlands

Very good and cheap vegan food. Get 3 variations as a starter, then lunch and dessert with a drink for 13.50 euros. Very nicely prepared and very tasty. The dessert was forgotten and eaten quickly πŸ˜‹

Inspiring food that has expanded my idea of vegan food. The taste and attention to detail of everything was extraordinary especially at such a reasonable price. The menu is exciting and creative with wonderful flavours, I still dream of the three textures chocolate desert. The service was also really charming and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough a must for anyone in Valencia

Looking for a place to eat with a vegan friend we found this restaurant. We loved it, everything was great and super friendly I also recommend it 100%, except for one of the main dishes, the rest are gluten-free. For people without problems with traces of gluten, perfect.

We love this place! The food is delicious, varied, and well priced. They have a fixed menu with a sampler platter for appetizers (empanada, pumpkin soup, Spanish rice), two options for the main (we got both: lentils with millet and also lasagne with bechamel), and two dessert options (chocolate for one and panne cotta). It’s a cozy, cute, family-owned place in a charming old building.

I have had lunch at La Cuina D'adel twice in the last year with my most recent visit occurring today. I should say first that I am neither vegan nor vegetarian exclusively, but a lover of interesting and unique cuisine, regardless of the ingredients. I found my first experience to be pleasant, but a bit bland and the portion sizes inadequate. Today I had a completely different reaction...the croquetas were flavorful and the cannelloni more than satisfying due to the sauces added to complement the basic ingredients...a culinary challenge for any vegan chef (Full disclosure: a creative sauce is my weakness!). The dessert was a creative spin on the brownie...adding banana to the chocolate base cleverly provided sweetness without the intensity of refined sugar. The only thing that would have made this brownie better would have been a scoop of vanilla helado (or Tofutti)?. The three-course menu del dia with a large bottle of water and generous cup of tea was a budget friendly €14.50. A limitation is the size of the dining room...there is seating for approximately 25 diners. Selfishly I hope this review does not lead to a wait list when I return! Highly recommended for carnivores and vegans alike.

You are immediately struck by the stylish interior. Everything from the flooring to the tables and light fittings have been carefully chosen to create a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The 3 course lunch menu ( and amuse bouche) is remarkable value at €10.90. Even if the food was mediocre, this would be decent value, when the food is this good, it is exceptional. Whilst perusing the short menu we were brought an amuse bouche of a dainty pot of hummus with some crispy bread and nachos, a tasty morsel to get the taste buds going. To start, we had the sweet potato croquettes which had a good bite from the sunflower seeds and an umami edge from the nutritional yeast. The croquettes were good but somewhat overshadowed by the mushroom and caramelised onion millefeuille. You can always tell a good restaurant by how well they caramelise their onions. To do it well, it takes time and patience. These onions were rich with sweet caramel and done to perfection. They set off the creamy mushrooms perfectly. Combined with the flaky pastry, the dish was a triumph. The tfya couscous was rich in a flavoursome stock and was a light dish that worked beautifully with the vegetables, seitan and raisins. The La Cuina oven baked rice was an explosion of flavours. Saffron, roasted garlic and rich onions enhanced the other vegetables. The rice was cooked to perfection. Not unlike a paella, the dish was excellent. For dessert, the chocolate cake had a wonderful, light texture and a well balanced addition of orange. The Genoese apple cake was sugar free. Again, the chef’s skill was demonstrated, allowing the natural sugars of the apples to carry the sweetness without the addition of sugar. The lone chef is visible in the open kitchen and it is commendable that a perfected short menu is offered rather than a lengthy one where perhaps not every fine detail can be attended to. I believe the menu gets updated week by week and it is my only regret that I was only visiting Valencia and can’t pop in every week to sample the latest offerings. Although it is billed as a vegetarian restaurant, on our visit, everything on the menu was vegan. A perfect meal.
