Great products with lots of options. For those from the United States, this is like a Walmart with the diversity of products, but also has washers, dryers, refrigerators types of home appliances. They also have a small garden and home section, a seasonal section that changes to back to school, Halloween or Christmas throughout the year. They also have a large books section as well, in addition to all of the traditional food sections, including a butcher for meat and seafood options. Most Carrefour’s have a specialty meat and cheese section, as well as a bakery in the same way Whole Foods does in the United States. I’m often impressed with the category of options. I only wish they had a few more international options. While I can get some items from the United States, Asian cuisine or Latin America, it is not an expansive section. ... One of the best things is that they are open on Sunday, which gives me more options when grocery shopping on the weekends since most supermercados in Spain are closed on Sundays.
