I will never ever spend my money there! I was waiting in line with my toddler 2 years old, then this lady cut the line and she went to pay inform of me. After telling the lady at the cash that I was waiting here first already for 9 min (due to the fact that they were wrapping toys as a presents and it was taking much longer that usual) she told me that the lady was older than me and she has priority. First of all that old lady was cheeky enough to stand there knowing what she is doing instead of asking me if I mind for her to go infront of me wich won't be the problem if that was the case, and second the respond of the cashier lady was ridiculous since I'm also with my kid there waiting. This happen on the 5th floor the section with toys. I'm a very regular customer there and this end today.

Supermarket has to have own parking! It's a scam parking! I used to buy for 35 euros in supermarket and got 2 hours free parking. Now they write that's only available for El Cotle Ingles card owners. In normal places you just scan parking ticket and recive discount. Deal not in 2 euros it's about not respect to your clients! I will never back to this center.

No any signs of exits or map for orientation. When you come here for the first time nobody will help you, no reception or information center. Huge amount of unknown brands. If you want to find some store it will be a problem 😉

Just like all other El Corte Ingles locations, a great store!

Nice big corte inglés, but bare in mind that the home section and clothes section are on 2 different opposite of the mall and you might get confuse and lost, we got lost 3 times in the mall trying to reach the home section from the clothes section and then the home section to the restaurant section. They should hand out a map. The digital maps are hard to use and confusing not accurate with the location the shops are.

This shopping center was certainly good at one time, but it is now very neglected and uninviting. Only the shop with Harry Potter and Star Wars could inspire me

Fabulous quality goods, excellent staff service and well laid out.

Shop is well equipped but way how is organized is rather confusing. There's is one parking for two shops and you have to walk far form one building to another. It's is also strange how stairs and floors are planned. For me this planning looks like a total mess and we wasted a lot of time just walking around and looking and asking for what we need.

Always find what we need and a very good range of quality products. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable customer service.

They have great offers and with the Corte Inglés Card you get good benefits and most times a 0% Interest payment is possible for 6-12month. Sometimes a little understaffed but usually very friendly and knowledgeable.

Big store the oldest in town where you can find everthing with a lage variety of branches and all warranted without any problem and easy return policy.

It's a small Corte Inglés compared to the ones on C Colon. Covers the basics of electronics, photos, some clothing. But the basement has a great supermarket. If you're looking for higher quality or rarer foods, this is a good place to look. They do a cheddar cheese which literally crumbles if you try to cut it and has a very vintage taste! Oddly, no gluten free pizza, though. Even the small supermarkets in Valencia usually carry at least one option.

It is always pleasant to buy and the service is impeccable.

Hi. I like this center because it is next to my house))), next to the metro and it has many shops and places to play 🛝 for children and a wide variety of bars, restaurants, etc.

I had a problem with a claim about some helmets that they did not want to change and the person in charge of the department called me immediately and solved the problem, very attentive as always, El Corte Inglés

I bought this bag on December 30th. and of course I threw away the receipt because I didn’t think that this store would have a product of poor quality. but the bag broke within a few days. and I came to change it. but they told me that they won't do it without a check. It's a pity, I thought I could count on good quality products here.

Reminds me of UK department stores that are quickly going out of fashion at home. Good quality merchandise in an inexhaustible range on 3 floors. Reminds me of a Spanish John Lewis / Waitrose and Partners.
