So, I ask them when they’ll open back up and they rudely don’t give an answer and when I ask for a refund since I can’t even attend the gym - THEY DON’T GIVE IT. Cheap brand and horrible experience as befits their name - “BASIC”. If it was up to me, I’d change it to “ATTROCIOUS AND CHEAPSKATE FIT”. The only thing I missed is that there is no option between these versions, so they don't offer passes for a week or for example 5-10 sessions. This was a problem in my case, however one of the receptionists (unfortunately I don't know her name, but she has a very nice face and works mostly on weekday mornings🙂) was very helpful in finding a solution for me, for which I am really grateful. The only inconvenience I can mention is that the air conditioning set to 21 degrees was often uncomfortably cold, especially when it was 14-15 degrees warmer outside, and especially in the cardio section, where typically everyone sweats by the end of the workout. I moved to Valencia 9 months ago and Basic Fit in carrer de Joaquin Costa is the second gym we tried and I have to say; it’s the best. It’s airy, clean, the equipment is new and always immaculate. The staff is courteous, professional and you can always ask questions. Jonathan Gomez has been a great answering questions about how to use the equipment.

However the place is huge, very clean, loads of showers and the staff super friendly and helpful. If we lived here we would join as the monthly rates are very good

We looked at five gyms before joining Basic-Fit. The gym is clean, they are well stocked with machines, weights and bands. Everything functions and is kept very clean. The gym is welcoming to all ages and physical abilities.

Quite a complete gym regarding the equipment offerings. However, the music tends to be far too loud and the memberships, though greatly priced, don't make that much sense. Especially that of the premium membership being offered for 2 people but only providing one membership card. Nonetheless, can't complain much given the cost.

The place I am spending most of my time lately, it's one of the best Basic-Fit outlets I have been and I am glad that is my gym right now. The staff is friendly, toilets, showers and changing rooms are clean and the machines are being regularly disinfected. I highly recommend it for everyone who's looking for a gym :)

Entering one of Basic-Fit sports club was my worst experience in Spain. Most of this experience came from my e-scooter being stolen that was worth 800 EUR. Of course the Basic-Fit staff had nothing to do with the theft but it happen due to their unreasonable rules. Okay, I will start from the beginning: 1. They have no 1-day free pass for new joiners and 1 day entry cost 10 EUR. When the monthly subscription is 15 EUR... 2. No hair dryers 3. E-scooters/bikes are not allowed in the club. 4. Club's staff did not seem friendly or care that you are a new potential member. Did not offer a small tour to show where is what, explain rules or tell more about the subscription plans. Since I recently moved to Valencia I visited around 5 different sport clubs to find the right fit and this was the only one that does not allow e-scooters or bikes inside and had no 1 day free pass for new joiners. Due to the e-scooter not being allowed inside I had to leave it locked outside. I locked it tight 2 meters away from the club entrance and it was stolen after 2 hours of stay in the club. I am not recommending this place as you will not feel welcome there neither get any assistance. Plus the chances are high that your bike or scooter will be stolen when left outside as it did happen to me.

I was in Valencia for a couple of days. I had the 2-week free trial pass and used in 2 other cities in Spain. Good gym, thank you.

Amazing experience!! I visited Valencia for vacation and I've been there twice to keep on my training. The single day pass is convenient, the gym is spacious and clean, the equipment and machines were new or anyway perfectly maintained. There is just one toilet for ladies (which does not communicate with showers) but each time I've been there it was empty and cleaned, so ok for both. For over forty years now I've been maintaining an active gym membership at home in Canada.  This winter I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to travel to Spain for a three-month period.  In order to continue to work out while away from home, I joined Basic-Fit for the duration of my stay here. Basic-Fit on Carrer de Joaquin Costa in Valencia is one of the best gyms I have ever used.  It is clean, orderly, very well-equipped, and obviously well-managed.  I've been in a lot of gyms in the many decades I've been working out, and this one I recommend highly. But amenities aside, it's the staff that can make a positive difference, and in that regard, Valentina is a real standout.  She is the only Basic-Fit employee I've seen on the days I use the facility.  She has always welcomed me with a warm smile and greeting, and she provided me with much-needed assistance the other day when I needed to arrange for the upcoming discontinuation of my membership prior to my return home at the end of the month.  Correction ... she did everything for me, and I just stood there wishing I could speak the language.  I've also noticed that she is always doing things at the gym, be it interacting with other members, ensuring that all free weights are in their proper places, realigning and wiping down the benches, or running a Swiffer-type mop along the floor edges where dust typically collects.  She's a star employee, in my opinion, and she deserves recognition for the extra effort she always puts in.

I am very happy with the gym and especially with the workers at that gym! My only complaint is that the weekend hours are very limited...they could also be available in the afternoons...until 9:00 p.m.

The gym is good, and also their employee Ostap is very friendly and kind, because what I needed he explained everything well, and without any problem.
