I had a lovely time here near the end of the day for my 21st birthday! It was quite quiet and had an excellent atmosphere with decor of international rock legends. There were quite a few exclusive cocktails, two of which pictured here. I ordered smoke on the water after a recommendation from the owner and my boyfriend had a highway to hell. His is the red one. It's a little pepper as decoration too, not a cherry. Definitely not a girly drink 😉. I loved it and also there were comfy seats both indoors and out. Would come back again any time I'm back in Valencia!

Amazing cocktails and great music are combined at this nice bar. The barkeeper was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. Also very good English, so no problem with the communication. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place to have creative and artfully crafted cocktails in Valencia! Nice atmosphere and there are always a lot of people inside, because it is easily one of the best places to have a cold one in Ruzafa. Staff is friendly and the owners are super kind. If you love rock music and want to indulge in a quality cocktail, this is the place!

The atmosphere is on top and the music is matching the name and the flair of La Catrina. The Cocktails are a littlebit higher in price but what you get is worth it! The waiters are very friendly and always looking that you got all you need. I can highly recommend to visit this place when in Valencia.

During my month long stay in Valencia, I stopped at La Catrina multiple times and always had a great time. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are good. It can get quite lively and the music is loud so if you have a larger group, it might be difficult to chat. Overall great vibes, good drinks, good environment!

A nice enough place. It was very quiet when I visited, and the service was nice enough, but I'm used to much more friendly and sociable usually in rock bars, especially when there's nobody else to serve and I'm sat at the bar. Cocktails were tasty though

Walked into La Catrina after googling a good place to play pool and it definitely payed off. Came 10 minuted before the pub quiz and had a great time mingling with the locals then played pool for the rest of the night with a great bunch of people. Awesome atmosphere and service!

The cocktails here are SO GOOD! Delicious with great presentation. The interior is fun and quirky… there’s a star wars football table!

Nice place and atmosphere. The waiter was really friendly. The drinks are tasty and deserve to be tried. Sometimes the place feels a bit too noisy for you to be able to chat with people on your table, but overall is not a big deal.

Really liked it in here! Cocktails are great & the vibe is friendly. One of the bar staff was very sullen but everyone else was nice. Wish they hadn't been playing Metallica the entire time we were there but not a big deal!

Maybe this place has seen better times. Or maybe the whole covid and restrictions thing did them wrong. But it was a terrible experience. For a start, it was friday night and the lights inside where all on, it was almost daylight. Music was very low, the further from a vibe you would expect from a rock bar. The staff also looked stressed and unhappy, as they told us to keep the mask on at all times (they even suggested to do so while drinking as if they were trying to get smart on us). They looked eager to close the place as by 11.45 pm they were almost kicking all the people out (because of restrictions, closing time is 45 min later than that). Horrible, horrible place. Maybe it was a decent place before the pandemic. Some people could handle it, some others, as it seems, were defeated by covid.

Nice and reasonably priced cocktails and friendly staff. One star deduction because: we weren’t allowed to take our drinks outside when smoking and they had very strict pool rules, which wouldn’t allow us 4 to play like we wanted to. Overall okay for meeting new people and drinking nice cocktails. Not a fancy bar or anything like that. Would recommend for a one time visit. Not more.
