apartment
number
12.
At
first
glance
the
apartment
looked
very
good,
but
the
cleaning
was
terrible,
in
the
photos
you
can
see
the
conditions
of
the
shower,
which
shows
that
it
has
never
been
cleaned
deep
and
one
of
the
hand
towels
was
super
dirty.
They
need
maintenance.
And
to
hide
the
mess,
they
put
an
air
freshener
with
a
very
strong
smell.
We
used
the
clothes
washer
twice
and
the
dirty
water
went
straight
to
the
sink
and
it
was
flooded
for
several
hours.
The
plumber
went
to
fix
the
problem
but
the
answer
was
that
they
had
the
same
problem
throughout
the
building.
In
the
apartment
next
door,
they
had
a
dog
that
barked
in
the
middle
of
the
night
and
you
are
not
supposed
to
bring
pets
to
those
apartments,
but
since
no
one
is
checking
in,
the
guests
do
what
they
want.
The
bed
was
super
small
and
uncomfortable
and
the
sofa
bed
was
not
made
up
when
we
arrived.
We
were
at
the
reception
once
to
request
our
taxi
back
to
the
airport
and
to
report
that
the
washing
machine
was
not
working
properly,
we
had
to
wait
more
than
30
minutes
because
there
was
a
couple
arguing
with
the
receptionist
about
some
rooms
they
were
reserving
for
a
wedding
and
then
the
receptionist
was
not
so
nice
to
us,
very
bad
communication.
The
only
thing
we
loved
was
the
location,
it
is
right
in
the
center
of
the
city
and
you
can
walk
everywhere.
It's
a
shame
that
our
accommodation
was
not
so
good
in
a
city
as
beautiful
as
Valencia.
