Helpful staff but things are a bit expensive

Service very attentive and helpful

The girls downstairs are really kind and sweet. The boys upstairs are racist and arrogant. I was asking for a watch and he left me and went to speak to other ones. Also they only speak Spanish upstairs ( no other language). The store offers good producs but they have to review their hiring policy especially in this store.

Just ask a good bass headphones for sport. the Seller sold me a product not suited to my request. Very desapointed

We bought 2 xiaomi redmi pro phones models - M1906G7G , both are death in 1,5 years after the completing the time count of its warranty. Permanently not recommended! Impossible to change the battery because it is not working after replacing. One phone was nearby the explosion , the battery changed it's form. The feeling was that the phone is organized to complete the 1,5 year period and die. Reminding we bought 2 phones at same time and both are dead by now. The same thing with the "mi" power bank. Dead after 3 years while older power banks from different publishers are still working fine. The feeling that this company is organized to steel your money completely and sell you garbage. Will never buy anything from xiaomi and will escalate this for the rest of my life. DONT BUY XIAOMI!

Terrible service. The girl at the Internet order counter was rude to me today, 05.06.2023, and then refused to give me my order at all. I put 2 stars only because there is free parking for cars here...

Be prepared to wait for a long time even to collect online orders as there is only one person attending and she is grumpy, unprofessional and easily offended.

Mobile phone dealers very bad service

My cousin lives a block away from the store. When I came to visit him over the summer, I didn't realize how much tech improvements he needed in his house! Luckily, we could walk to Media Markt whenever we wanted. Since he doesn't shop online (better pricing, of course), the store generally had better prices than other stores in the area. Since I didn't speak Spanish, the employees tried their best to speak English to me or my cousin would translate for all of us. Great service and really nice people. Got all the help we needed and I upgraded his house with some new, improved tech!
