Definitely a place not to shop. I bought an Apple phone from here. When I bought it, they told me that you need to have private insurance to be able to stand in line, so I got it. They also said that this insurance coverage covers everything. When I went to the store after my phone was damaged, every employee said something different. While a good friend said it would be done in 1-2 days, the repairman friend below did everything he could to help and told me it could be done in 14-40 days, if you want, go to the Apple store. Then why did you get me private insurance? The same mechanic friend said that I could have this done at the "MediaMarkt" store in my country, but it was a lie. When I contacted Turkey, they said this was not possible. Since they knew that I would return to my country in 3-4 days, they did not want to deal with me by making a false statement. The employees here did everything to victimize me. When I read the text of the insurance company, it said that they should do it within 1 hour. When I went to the store again with my girlfriend who speaks Spanish, the blonde girl downstairs, Erika, was absolutely not interested and used false expressions. When I tried to express myself in English, she told my Spanish friend next to me that she wasn't listening to me and tried to act as if she didn't speak English and she definitely didn't talk to me. When I went to the Apple store, they replaced my device within half an hour with AppleCare insurance. When you shop here, they force you to sell insurance and then they don't care about the insurance. If you don't want to be a victim, this is a store you should definitely not visit. Anyway, the last time I went back to the store, I canceled my insurance and cut ties with the store. Since I could not get what I was entitled to and because they did not help their customers and tried to victimize them, I and 50 of my sailor friends who were working in Spain decided not to shop at this media market anymore. While they were trying to chase 2-3 euros, they lost the customer who earned thousands of euros.

It's a scam. They raise the price and give a "discount". Look up the prices in Miele.com and compare it with MediaMarkt. It's the same price except at Miele they have integrity to just advertise the real price of the product.

So disgusted with Mediamarkt. I worked with them couple of years ago, was a nightmare but I have a gift card and I thought would give them another try. Another nightmare: you cannot reach the store, they give you a Whatsapp number to call which is turned off the 900 number is useless and the prices are for instance for a Bosch washer that I'm getting for 424 euros on electroprecio.com Mediamarkt is selling it for 641 euros! I asked about price matching and they make it so complicated and impossible to communicate that it's just not worth dealing with them. So the three high end appliances that I'm going to buy is not going to be with Medimarkt.

Waited for over 15 minutes to ask a simple question: "what's the price for this item?". Please allow me to clarify that I do not mind waiting 15 minutes or (much) longer for assistance at all. The reason I'm leaving this two star review lies in the fact that the salesperson did not even acknowledge us or grant us one look. A simple "I'll be with you soon" (even when "soon" means another 30 minutes) goes a long way. Chances were also that she could have helped us within 1 minor minute if she'd had bothered to check in with us. Such rudeness and disrespectful attitude are not acceptable in sales.

Bought Xbox Elite Series 2 controller & Instax Square 1 and there was a mistake. The display showed the Xbox live for free for 12 months and the women tried to charge me €60 extra. Then there was a mistake with my order and the security guard wouldn't allow me back into the store.

The worse thing about them is their staff is very unprofessional and untrained. some of them lack professional skills, are rude and get angry at the customers easily like the guy named Jose in the electronics department. He told us to to wait (on 23/03/2022) and that he would attend us, after 10 minutes we asked him again if he could attend us and he again told us to wait, after around half an hour he was rather attending a girl who came after us. When we told him we came first than her, he said we needed to go to another area and wait there as the queue was there. We asked him why didn't he tell us that in the beginning so that we would go and wait there instead. in response to which he sounded angry, rude and lacked education. We tried to look for somebody who could help us and saw three employees talking to a single customer, when we asked them for help they said they all three needed to be with this guy so better we wait, incredible. We asked for the manager, and she was very kind, educated and polite which of course we appreciated. The same morning we bought a phone at the same store and even though nothing happened but I certainly thought as a customer care you could be more friendly, smiling and polite than they guy who sold us the phone. Besides their prices are better as compared to El Corte Ingles whose customer service is much better. The location of this store is good too, centrally located in Valencia in Calle Colon.

No one wanted to help, pedantic salesmen, and horrible post sale service. Shop in Amazon instead!

I went there to fix my mobile S21 ultra...that the screen was damaged....they change the screen but the selfie cam doesn't work....I had to travel back without fix it

I would love to have shopped here, given a great review and more stars. That was my intention today at around 13:00. I checked to see their opening hours here on Maps and was happy to see they were open until 22:00. I made my way to Beniferri. Once here unfortunately, it was closed. A wasted trip. Hopefully they update their schedule and I find another opportunity to shop and give a better rating.

Whenever I need something and I ask a department assistant for a suggestion I get the bul****t that I should buy this and that item because their brother, sister, cousin or mother has also just bought it. Seriously, can't you get a bit better at lying? :-D

We placed an order for two TVs on November 3rd. The maximum delivery time was until November 15th. The 1st TV was delivered on November 8th, but the second was still not delivered. No one answers by mail, or by phone either.

No service to be found in this business! Wanted to buy for more than 500€, but they do not care. Had to leave due to lazy employees and bad management. Too bad! Now Bezos is richer…

Decent selection of goods. However they have refused to accept returned faulty goods in the past because the packaging had been opened. Of course it had. Jow else would I have know the item didn't work? Others have reported similar issues to me. But some people find them excellent. So. It seems to vary. I buy from here if I can't get the item in Corte Inglés and it's not too expensive (that returns policy bit me more than once). Staff on the shop floor are rare and busy. So be prepared to either wait for ages or know what you want before you go.

Dreadful customer service! I wanted bluetooth earphones, noise cancelling etc. I saw a pair of Sony's at 169 euros and asked the assistant if i could try a pair; NO, he would not even remove them from the display case. I lived in Spain for 3 years and never once encountered service this bad. If I could give minus stars I would

Customer service is terrible. Just tried to buy several items. Not a single staff member of the 5 people I approached even tried to help us complete the intended purchase. All staff saying: sorry… not me, it that other person over there; he or she will take care of you, and so on. No concept of customer service, no manager on the floor, no one seems to care what so ever. Stay away if you value your time and if you like to be treated well, as customers should expect. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Good all-round electronics store, wide selection

I bought a TV there with the delivery on Friday They said that it will be delivered at home probably on Saturday and if it is not - on Tuesday. It's late Wednesday evening and guess what? I still have no TV and I did not got any call. I've tried to call them but got only some auto replies. Terrible :(

MediaMarkt is a nice place to shop all the electronic item such as mobile phone, laptop, computer, accessories and home electric appliances etc. service is good and staff is really helpful. I like this market and used many time to buy electronic stuff such as printer, tripod, plancha de Vapor etc.

I have had difficulties with the headphones for my new smart tv. The guys did their utmost to help me. My special thanks go to José from the tv floor.

Media Market store located at a convenient location near to Colón Metro Station, Valencia, Spain 🇪🇸. It is one of the best electronic and appliances stores in Valencia. It contains wide range of products such as laptops, computer accessories, home appliances, personal care devices, art & craft supplies etc at an affordable price. Some of staff are friendly and very helpful in assisting customers. While others are not and shall be trained to take of customers. I would recommend this place to grab your deal on discounts and offers season, especially Gran Aniversario 🎊 🎉.
