Service at the store is lazy and indifferent. Out of 3 deliveries, 2 arrived broken and the third the driver refused to deliver the product (they use a 3rd party for delivery and apparently have no control over them). Other stores with basically the same products do better.

Ely or Elizabeth in lights helped me get the right type of lightbulb in a sea of lightbulbs. The new bulb works perfectly and matches the other one of the pair.

They had the tiles that we needed. The staff were attentive and friendly as usual at Leroy Merlin. Back again to buy a table and chair set. Very helpful service from Sandra V and the other members of staff.

Good selection but horrible customer service. And don't even attempt delivery. Of the three items I have bought for delivery, two were damaged and the third just never showed up.

It’s a big store. We went there to buy water filter at home. We met a nice staff, called Tamara de fontanería. Cause we can’t speak Spanish and she provided very professional service for us. She introduced the products to us clearly, help us with the purchasing registration and installation service booking from Hogami. It’s a wonderful shopping experience and the installation worker from Hogami also is very professional.

We visited Leroy in order to find materials for our reconstruction project. We had a pleasure working with Emiliano and his team. They were incredibly helpful, treated us like friends from the beginning and what we appreciated the most is their honesty and professionalism. We highly recommend them for your future needs.

Like the others shops but with a good underground car park

Very helpful, friendly staffs. We had a few concerns and question about our home renovation, they helped us make plans and choose materials. We were worried that the project was too difficult for us, but after visiting and taking to them, we feel that it's totally doable, and that it will be great. The price is competitive for many items, but since items seem to be overpriced compared to online shops like Amazon. I recommend you check the price before making a purchase.

The store offers great stuff, decent prices and fairly well set up. The customer service is a mixed bag. People are quick to yell at you and boss you around in the least friendly manner. Go in with a thick skin and ask as few questions as possible.

They have friendly and helpful staff to look for what you came to find there.
