A very unique experience with amazing food and very good service. We were a table of 6 and some arrived late but they were very accommodating and also a last minute dietary requirement which they executed without any problems and the alternatives looked amazing! The whole evening was a game with us having to guess the ingredients, wondering what the next course will be (you receive the menu at the end) and it was a very well orchestrated dinner. The service of all staff and chefs were amazing, paying attention to all the little details. Definitely deserving of its Michelin star. Highly recommended. Price is definitely on the high end but you definitely will not be disappointed.

Amazing place with a great concept of their tasting menu. The waitresses are not "boring" you with a 5 minute monologue before every course with every single ingredient but rather let you guess what's in it and then explain later after you have finished it. We've had a very smooth relaxing evening here and enjoyed the time and food a lot. Incredible staff who managed to create a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely come again when i am in Valencia.

Nice authentic Valentian restaurant. We tried the valencian paella with chicken, rabbit and snail.. nice taste.

The service is amazing. Very kind and friendly staff. The food is good. Well done but nothing I haven't seen before. Unfortunately, the place smells. Literally, like sewer. It is a common problem in Valencia due to plumbing but not what you want to smell when eating.

The meat is a nightmare, it’s not a steak it’s a beef jerky. I had a menu market and didn’t know it doesn’t include the drink and bread. When we check the bill shows 17€ for drinks....the fact is that I only had 3 glasses of nothing-special wine and it cost that much.......unbelievable. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic experience. We did the tasting menu with the full "around the world" wine pairing and everything was delicious. Excellent service.

So amazing. Needless to say, you do expect the best of the best in restaurants like this, but Fierro and it’s amazing team elevate this to the next level. Every dish carefully and deliciously curated didn’t disappoint at any step, my favourites were the oyster salad, beef and duck dishes. The maridaje was glorious, and we are already planing to come back only to try the without alcohol one that they make themselves. Very cozy and intimate as there are only four table, and the service run smooth, friendly and warm overall. Still waiting for that bread to go tho(joke, because you will love the bread!)

(Translated by Google) Exceptional menu and pairing. From the moment you sit down at the table, it is a gastronomic experience, a signature cuisine that plays to surprise you with impeccable dishes. The service and professionalism of the sommelier perfectly accompany an exquisite menu. A lot of quality and perfection in all aspects. It is certainly a place to return (and continue to surprise you).

Very amazing food and well service. The food is full of creative and detailed. Also they may give you a surprise in last dishes. The service is very good, too. I hope I can enjoy the new menu next time

The most amazing meal I have ever had. On each of your nine tasting courses they don't tell you what it is until after you have eaten it. You may think you are getting one particular thing and after you eat it think it is something else only to learn it was something completely different. The flavors, the wine pairings, the service, the attention to detail was better than you could imagine.

1 Michelin Star is not enough. This wasn't a simple Menu, this was an experience. We had 3 hours filled with extraordinary food and drinks, presented by a very professional and nice staff. Everyone who gets the chance to enjoy this outstanding nice restaurant: be warned - you might visit valencia a few more times only to enjoy this. In my top 5 lifetime restaurant experiences. Continue like this and I'm sure you will be world renowned.

Recently had an exceptional fine dining experience at Fierro Valencia, where every aspect, from the impeccable service (lovely staff!) to the exquisite dishes, truly showcased why Michelin star is undoubtedly well-deserved!

Simply extraordinary. Everything was excellent, from the fine and daring dishes to the wine served and the very welcoming atmosphere. I went to Fierro with my partner for his birthday and both of us have food allergies - the chefs adapted our menus without losing any of the taste nor audacity. The concept of being told what you eat only after you’ve eaten is very interesting as, in my opinion, it makes you pay more attention to each detail and flavor. Thank you so much !

An amazing fusion between Valencian and Argentinian food. My personal favorites were the firewood lobster and the empanada. Every dish was served with a lot of love. Thank you team Fierro!

6 stars! WOW! one of the best meals in a long time... or ever. Better than some 2-starred restaurants we have been to. €125 per person is a chunk of cash, but great value for the multi-course menu. I would rather skip a few casual meals and go come to Fierro! we had a fantastic 2.5 hour lunch here today. the set menu is great value and wines are fairly priced. small space, intimate atmosphere, virtually in the kitchen, but tables nicely spaced. Chef Germán in the middle with his staff - an elaborate and efficient ballet, incredibly harmonious, not one loud word spoken (actually very few words at all). service by Maria(na) and Inés was flawless. Great wine advice and flexibility. and the food... to die for. inventive, perfectly executed, perfectly timed. multiple dishes, good portions. really enjoyed it nice touch: you leave with a copy of the menu

Outstanding experience, top marks. First time experiencing such a high level of cuisine. Great mix of Spanish with international influence, and really liked the use of spice. Beautiful atmosphere and service, almost humbling how much effort and focus was provided to us. Yes do the wine pairing. Wouldn't hesitate to repeat in the future.

A brilliant little restaurant. Very intimate setting with a view of the Ruzafa market. The simple concept of withholding information about each dish until after you've eaten it is incredibly clever. It keeps your attention on the food, and constantly gives you something to discuss as you try to discern what exactly you're eating. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! The amount of time and effort that is put into the dishes is absolutely commendable. The concept is something you either like or don’t. The menu is set and you will only be told what you’ve eaten once you’ve finished the dish. To me this gives an extra experience to my dinner and ensures you try more than you would have ordered from a menu. Just make sure you don’t eat before, as there are soooo many dishes we could not even finish the whole meal.

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing staff. There is only 4 tables and there was at least 7 staff working, I don't know how they make a profit The fixed menu is priced as you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant, but it is so worth it. We were served approx 10 different courses, all with surprising elements. Final note, the staff could explain us in English what the food was. Our visit lasted approx 4 hours.

That menue is so well balanced. Its a concept and you feel and taste it. Whole afternoon was fun with the stuff, enjoyment with the wine and an explosion of taste with the food! The michelin star is very well deserved. Hope you'll get the 2. One soon. We'll be back from germany to proof it 😀

A symphony of flavours and textures! The seafood was incredibly fresh and there were lots of the produce I have never tried before, like a lot of sea- based plants. I like the concept of not knowing what you are eating until after. Give your self at least 3 hours to get through all the courses. The Yuzu seltzer they had was also great if you don’t drink alcohol.

The whole menu had a story which was perfectly explain by the chef. I would recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy good food and explore new flavours! Thank you again for amazing evening!
