I have been to many other mental health centers and services over the last 8 years and this one is the only one where I have improved rather than worsened. My psychiatrist was originally from this location but she was so good I use telehealth just to see her at a different provider/office. I still see my therapist here. They listen to what I say and emote, rather than make assumptions. They are also very aware of how they use their words as to not offend or hurt. I don't feel like a number, a test question or "just another patient". If you have been to other places in town and feel like your getting worse or wasting your time, I would suggest trying this place out.

I scheduled an appointment, and the soonest available option was over a month out. My paperwork wasn’t available to complete until a week prior to my appointment. After nearly having completed extensive paperwork, I received a voicemail that my appointment needed to be canceled and rescheduled. I tried to call the office back for several days and even left a voicemail. In the meantime I received an e-mail from LifeStance stating that my appointment would be canceled if I didn’t have the paperwork completed. The paperwork had been withdrawn from my online account. There is no reception desk at the location near me, so I was at the mercy of their ability to answer and return calls. On day 3, I finally got through to someone. She was very kind and apologized for my experience, stating that they are very short staffed. The provider I had scheduled with had a mandatory training, and they had identified within a few days of my appointment that they wouldn’t be able to honor it. The increase in anxiety caused by the conflict in messages I received and the fact that they are not properly staffing would have offset any benefit I might have received from their services. Unfortunately, they’re not organized enough to provide the services to begin with. I closed my account and am looking elsewhere.

Why do they even exist? I had scheduling issues during my last semester at school and I was moving at the same time. They care very seldom about why I couldn't make the appointments. I spoke to several psychiatrist there that were indifferent as to why I was going through hardships. They wrote me prescriptions without refills, so why even write them? I had the displeasure of speaking with Tamara Lowe, who absolutely refused to help me regardless of why I needed it. It's been close to a year since I've been seen at Lifestance and didn't bother to make a resolution. Treating me poorly and forgetting what services Lifestance even offered. Don't expect any professionalism with Lifestance if you try them.

I was a patient at this company for only 4 months. During those 4 months, 2 of my therapists quit after only seeing them for about 8 weeks, and then my psychiatrist quit as well. If you need help with your mental health, use another company. Both my therapists pulled out all of my trauma and left without helping me deal with it. Lifestance left me worse than I was before I went with them.

Practioners don’t communicate with patients. Emails get ignored and appointments get blown off by the people who’s job it is to provide quality mental health services. Lifestance doesn’t care about your health or quality of life!

I'm glad to be working with someone here. The office setup is nice and calming. The only thing I'd like to point out is the check-in system at the front is a little frustrating.

My 4 stars have fallen to 1. My Doc is great, while she stays. Calling the office for anything from meds to psychosis. Is a complete waste of time. If choices well better, I wouldn’t be associated with their name

18 months, and wow even my friends notice the growth. Best therapy program I've had, and I've been involved with several agencies.
