We’ve been getting to-go from this location over the last month (4 orders total). All but one time has been good and management took care of us for that fluke. We usually get the shrimp linguine Alfredo family meal, as it’s great value. I tried the wagyu burger, which the first time was over cooked with bad veggies. I ordered it again and it was spot on. Very tasty. Today I tried the cod sandwich and it was also very good! A massive piece of fish comes on the sandwich and the bun is crisp and buttery. The fellow who brought out our order was very friendly as well.

Benjamin is so wonderful got us right in for B-day party of 6 when the Northfield location turn us down. His team made sure all food was cook fresh & delivered to the table hot. Our server was Gesche L, request her she is very attentive & goes above and beyond to meet your needs for a enjoyable evening. You guys rock thanks for an unforgettable night & lifetime memory what more can I say........

Red Lobster's weekday deals are their best kept not-secret. I went for their Monday deal just to try it out. Endless shrimp. So much delicious shrimp with your choice of sides, and of course the usual yummy biscuits to go with them. It's the textbook definition of "worth it". Since there are so few customers, the staff is less stressed out and has the time and energy to be truly attentive. They are all great. The only downside is something completely out of the hands of the staff and the quality of the food: no bike parking, which as a cyclist I always look for. It's right next to a big bike trail, too, but I can't invite my riding buddies inside for that reason. Oh well. Edit April 2022: they still have their weekday deals, unchanged, still worth it.

This is a review for Aurora. First off, the hostess was very kind. It is very dark, so if you go with your grandparents who might be losing their eyesight, be careful and kindly guide them to your seat where it is a little more illuminated. Our Server was SO friendly, kind, and attentive! Her Name is Brooke so if she is your server be prepared for a great dinner with great service! She asked us almost everytime she walked by if we were okay and needed anything. I could hear her at other tables and she was just as attentive. Brooke was great! She also cared for our food needs with customized orders and they came out correct. My stuffed mushrooms came out different from the menu picture item but we're delicious. My kung-pao shrimp was amazing and PLENTY of food! Fried Brussel sprouts were amazing!

Just ordered from DoorDash. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, a loaded baked potato, clam chowder soup, and the rolls. The only thing worth it was the cheddar rolls. Half of the mushrooms were not even stuffed and when I did stuff them and reheat because they were cold, They tasted terrible. Baked potato was not loaded. Clam chowder was hot but would have tasted more flavorful out of a can.

I know lobster prices have increased due to inflation, but one claw for almost $20 dollars is pushing it. To add insult to injury, they didn't even give me any cheddar biscuits for my to go order because I only ordered some mushrooms and half a order of crab legs! I spent $30 bucks and they couldn't even fathom giving me 2 biscuits!! NOT WORTH IT, JUST COOK AT HOME FOLKS!

Let me start off by saying our waitress Olga was great! We were sitting at lunch with our family for a birthday, and a ceiling tile falls and sprays water everywhere. It got several of our family members wet and we had to move our table away. It sat there for over 30 minutes before anyone came to clean it, and a couple nearby said it's the second time this has happened. The manager was hesitant to say or do anything for at least the few people who got wet. They clearly need their roof looked at and fixed. It could have hurt someone had they been sitting there.

My daughter and I love catching the lunch specials and happy hour here. They are short staffed, so a little longer than normal in service, but still warm great food. Catch the happy hour deals they are worth it. The biscuits of course are to die for and it's a perk you can request a basket to go, Lot of parking :)

Date night is always a pleasure when we have dinner here. The food is great. The prices are great and most of all the customer service is amazing and the staff is very friendly! We love coming here!

The food was good. The price was high. I enjoyed the service, the waiter checked on us frequently.

5/17/23- Red Lobster brought back their shrimp fest early this year. They also didn't have a special flavor like they have done in the past. It was just ok. Our server was nice. Much better customer service then the last time I was here.

The atmosphere was very quiet and it seemed that everyone was enjoying themselves. There was no wait and we were quickly seated. The waiter was patient and quick to tend to all his tables. They made sure we had someone help us order. The food was great and prices were readonable. We definitely plan to make another trip back here.

Great place. Staff is respectful and serving you with professionalism. We went there due to my birthday and it was great experience. Excellent food and excellent staff. Big margaritas and beautiful people around.

As we sit here in post-hunger bliss my wife and I decided that even though this is a chain, we feel like we are at a small Family restaurant. The wait staff, Yanmi and Angela were amazing. The host was awesome. The kitchen staff came out to make sure my steak was perfect and all was right in the world with Steak and Lobster on my plate. I've eaten at 5 star restaurants where the service wasn't this good. Awesome awesome job. I've never been to a red lobster where I got service like this. The staff was very friendly to my two rambunctious boys. Highly recommend.

Today was a good lunch at Red lobsters. I didn't know they had a Monday $20 lobster and garlic shrimp special. It was excellent! My server was friendly and the establishment was clean.

Great seafood, fair prices, especially if you take advantage of specials. Clean restroom, off street parking including handicap accessible. Our server was outstanding, very attentive. Swapped salad for my wife as she didn't like the lettuce. The Brussel Sprouts were awesome. Also had the stuffed mushrooms, they were a bit greasy. The lobster, shrimp and steak were delicious. We were there in the early afternoon, very few customers so service may be slower when they are busy

Took my mom here for her birthday because it's her favorite. I admit, we should have arrived earlier, which might have resulted in better service. Overall we were seated around 7:30, all said and done food arrived at 8:30, except for mine. Our waitress tried to remediate the situation, but unfortunately, everyone was done eating, and we had kids with us, so I didn't get to eat the dinner that they had brought out late. I packed it up and asked to have it removed from our tab, which I felt was reasonable. The manager communicated with our waitress that in order for that to happen, I would have to leave the food. Well, I left the food, and they did indeed take it off my ticket. The bill was about $400, which is crazy to think they would want me to pay full price for such poor service. Management like this is why Red Lobster has gone down the toilet. There's no way they can charge the prices that they do and treat customers like this. On top of it all, the manager never once came out to talk to me about the situation. Major failure on their part. Needless to say, I will never eat at any Red Lobster again, and they've lost my entire family's business as well. Hope it was worth keeping food that they were going to throw away anyway. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Red Lobster has the same menu they had 20 years ago. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. I know I can go and get the same thing I've always gotten when I go there. So there's comfort in the familiarity. The brand as a whole seems dated though. When I walk in I know I will be surrounded by old people, birthday parties and people who believe it's the ultimate dining experience. The coconut shrimp, the seafood mushroom appetizer, the biscuits, the soups and salads are my favorites.
