Receptionist, Anna Cervil, that greeted us had an awful attidue, and acted like we were homeless and wanted to yse their restroom until we presented an insurance card and plastic. Once we were identified as people with money, the receptionist was less asinine but still couldn't be bothered even for simple questions. The nurse, Janet something (she wore her name tag sideways and spent most of her time with her back facing us. Our insurance plan states an $80 co pay to go to an urgent care facility, this place decided that we should have to pay more since it was early in the year and we couldn't have possibly paid all of our deductible yet and arbitrarily decided $135 would be the number they wanted upfront. The doctor had a much better bedside manner, but hardly a smile worth the hassle we went through to see her. Unless you're going here for an employment drug screening, avoid it like the plague. Would give 0 stars if I was allowed to.

Was treated with respect and concern when I entered. I tested positive for covid but the staff could not have been more helpful. I really appreciated their kindness.

Dr Wilde and the entire concentra staff has been amazing during my visits with my broken ankle! Every time I go in they are friendly and welcoming!! I wouldn’t recommend breaking an ankle but if needed this place definitely takes care of their patients! Thank you again!

Came in for an eye infection this morning, Friday @ 8am. Was seen within 10 minutes, the front desk, plus nurse & Dr. Dan were all so hospitable, great listeners with awesome bedside manner. Process was very quick, facility was big and clean! Highly recommend this urgent care.

If you’re coming here for a DOT PHYSICAL look somewhere else. I was told I was at risk. 2 doctors later I have no symptoms which I had to come out of pocket for to prove I wasn’t at risk. Long story short and 250$ later this placed scammed me originally for a few dollars and these people wanted more visits than I actually needed. If I was scammed for more money…. This place would be getting a court date to show up to. SCAMMERS! I am perfectly healthy! I don’t drink, smoke I don’t eat out. I watch what I eat. And this company almost cost me my job application. TERRIBLE.

I'm sharing my experience because I think people need to know this before going here. The Dr was very nice and very helpful. The radiologist was incredibly rude. HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: they do not "share" with clinics or other Dr offices. If you go to this urgent care and get a test or x-rays they will not share them with your PCP and you will either have to pay $67 additional to hand deliver them to your PCP or go get tests/x-rays all over again. Unbelievable since the Dr and radiologist both stressed how I had to have my PCP refer me to a specialist, which I can't do without x-rays. Never going there again, that's for sure.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They leave you sitting forever with no updates. Took me 90 mins to even begin my drug test. And there wasn’t very many clients. Absolutely ridiculous. My poor child is sitting in front of her school waiting for me to pick her up because of this. Insane. If I could give a minus rating I would.

DOT regulations have changed since the last time I used my license professionally. I didn't make it to the line in the plus sized cup for my urine sample. I was given an option to either wait or come back (as though it's no big deal). I had to get my kids about 40 minutes from then so I opted for going back. BIG mistake! They counted it as a refusal and a fail. Now I have to take classes. Would have been nice to know in advance. Work on the communication, please.

Couldn't help us at all. Said we could have an appointment but would be a waste of time because doctors can't prescribe medicine. Uh...ok weird but fine lol. I understand admoninal issues may need to be outsourced due to needing imaging but I also mentioned we might need some anti depressants as well but the "drs" here are also unable to prescribe. I guess they only handle viruses or bacterial infections. Someone came in after me complaining about a cut and needing gauze. I didn't see the severity of the injury but it was bad enough for them to come in here. All they had was medicaid and they were unable to help them as well. Perhaps they don't take medicaid here idk but the man was reasonably upset due to his injury and said "f this place" as he walked out. His girlfriend came in a few minutes later to get more info for him and receptionist was loud, rude, and not understanding with these people and said she can call a ride but that's it and that boyfriend seemed to be "hoffed up on something". To me it feels like we were both treated unprofessionally and rudely. Whatever, we won't ever come back here.

I use this location for physical therapy and have always been pleased. Appointments are on time, and the Provider is encouraging and willing to educate if you will listen. There is no miracle in PT, but "consistency is key." You have to do your part of the equation.

Had a Nurse by the name of Kassandra do all my medical exams up until the doctor herself examined me. Kassandra was super professional and very kind. Had great conversation. Definitely recommend you visit for any of your needs!

Staff is very friendly. But if you’re going in for a simple drug test expect to wait at least 1.5-2 hrs. If you need a physical w it. It’ll be all day bc they WILL forget about you numerous times in the exam room. Both nurses and Dr’s. They say they’ll be right back but they won’t. This is happened more than once. I know, I need to stop going back yet I don’t. I guess bc if I’m going to wait anywhere I may as well wait at a nice clean facility such as this one.

So I had to go in for a DOT drug test and a physical the instruction said you didn't need to make an appointment I even called and says walk-ins are fine so I got there about 4:00 waited in line for at least 13 minutes the lady who checked me in was kind enough to let me get both done. Did my urine test had a small accident after my urine test asked to use the bathroom and the lady said but she was nice with this restroom is only for testing. Well waiting for her to do her chemistry thing I heard in the background the man who's apparently running the place balling out for the receptionist for what he said was since when do we allow DOT physicals after 4:00! When I got out of the testing room went to go to another room and I asked if I could use the restroom again second time they mentioned that it's late and we should probably just get this done. Then I sat in the room while the man argue with the receptionist again and minute and a half later I poked my head out the door and asked is it okay if I use the restroom upon thinking about it they said sure go ahead this was the third time I asked to go to the restroom. During my DOT interview I tried to explain that I'd taken a test that ended up useless because my issue is not sleep apnea that was solved by sleeping medicine and Flonase they would not listen to me now they want to argue with me belligerently that they want the scammers who tried to make me buy medical equipment tell them that I don't have a problem and get a hall pass from my doctor that I take my sleeping medicine properly...doesn't make any sense. If all they're going to do is ask questions they should at least listen to the patient now I can't get my DOT card now I can't get my job. I would never recommend this place unless someone wanted to feel like they were in a third world country. Unless they wanted to be treated inhumanely and yelled at because apparently they had to work 5 or 10 minutes past 5:00.

The ladies working were super nice and patient. I had to come back a second time for my drug screen & TB test because my baby veins couldn't be poked with the supplies that they had. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful the second go around, as well... even with a phlebotomist there. She mentioned how she would be able to get the test done if they had access to syringes, and I'm wondering why a medical center doesn't have access to all medical supplies? I have to get my TB test done at another facility, which doesn't really bother me because I expected it to be a challenge, but it's unfortunate that the staff is working with limited supplies.

The building was clean. The staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Wilde was able to help me fairly quickly and she was personable and listened. There were about 7 people ahead of me and they were able to see me within an hour.

Got injured on the job and knew it was something serious. Went through workman's comp to Concentra. The first doctor I saw was very professional and seemed concerned about my arm, he ordered an MRI the following day because he said that if I tore my bicep tendon it was time sensitive and would need to get surgery within 2 weeks. They gave me a follow up after my MRI which confirmed that it was indeed torn. The 2nd visit was basically a check up and to let me know what was going to happen next. They scheduled me to see a specialist almost 2 weeks later, I asked wasn't this time sensitive and their response was that was the soonest they were available. My 3rd visit/ follow up was a waste of time. The doctor didn't even know which arm it was and had basically zero info on me. She then tried to look it up on the computer and said the Internet wasn't working and blamed it on that. They failed to communicate and with so many different people coming in and out with so many different doctors who are probably there once or twice a week. It's difficult to get good personal care.

Dr. Wilde is amazing!!! If only she had a private practice that we could get care from her that way. She is a military veteran and genuinely listens and cares about her patients. Dan is also a veteran and just as much a class act!!! I bring in my workers when they are injured and have used them for my personal!!!

Staff was nice. I tested for strep and the swap was done poorly so I tested negative. Still felt crummy so I went to another urgent care and tested positive for strep. Without antibiotics I could have gotten way more sick, so I’m disappointed this place didn’t do a better job of taking care of me.

I went here today for COVID symptoms (no COVID thank goodness) and had a great experience. Unfortunately, I think many of us have had sub-par healthcare experiences in our lives. I personally have been invalidated many times in my life due to an invisible chronic illness, but this was not one of those times. First of all, the inside of the building is super cute, cabin-y and there is even a fireplace in the waiting room. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The two front desk associates who helped me were both very polite and professional. The medical assistant, Angela, was professional, personable, and efficient. She was very empathetic towards my situation and explained everything well. The PA - unfortunately, I don't remember his name - was also empathetic and professional. I really appreciated the time he spent to sit down to have a conversation and answer my questions. Overall, it was a quick and positive experience, and I definitely recommend this Urgent Care!

The staff was professional, friendly and on point. The CNA that performed the basic exam on main (name unknown sorry), was also extremely professional. Dr. Wilde was fantastic and I thank the entire staff for a job well done!

Dr. Wilde was very accommodating and nice. She was awesome. The staff at front office were also very nice. A homeless person came in a couple times and was confused and the front staff was kind and tried to help. You have great people with a heart that care!

Fast service friendly professional staff no dilly dallying they got straight to the point. The Italian lady at the front desk is very efficient. Good at keeping herself busy even during the seemingly quiet moments of the day.

My urgent care experience was wonderful at the facility on W Bijou. Had gashed my hand and they took me back to get stitched up way faster than expected. Staff and clinician were friendly, careful and professional.

This location to staff, 100% customer oriented, 100% professional, 100% time saver in and out, with proper documentation; again guys thank you very much way to go. This location is one of the BEST. At first I went to the South Academy location. The worst ever, the South Academy location lost my urine sample, gave me a shot, and a physical, I was there for almost 4 hours, upon asking for documentation for my employer I was told that documentation was not necessary, that the information would be sent to my employer electronically. This was not the case, only thing pleasant was the front receptionist admissions professionals,. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE SOUTH ACADEMY LOCATION.

Awesome urgent care! I came in needing some stitches from a workplace injury and was in and out in about an hour. Staff was fast and extremely kind and knowledgeable. The building itself is beautiful inside and out and so delightfully unexpected from a typical urgent care. I can absolutely see myself coming back here for future personal needs in the future.

😠 Never go here. They will consistently mistreat you. Make you wait in the ER for 4 hours, then stick you in some corner of the hospital for another 3 hours, when you’re finally called back.
