Top
notch
cafe
that
gets
everything
right.
Great
decor
and
atmosphere
in
the
cafe,
with
a
relaxing
patio
in
the
back.
A
great
selection
of,
hard
to
find
in
Latin
America,
REAL
BREAD.
Stuff
that
surpasses
what
I’ve
had
back
home
in
the
US.
A
Frenchman
even
called
it
real
bread
when
I
shared
some
of
it
with
him
later
that
day.
I
had
the
chocolate
mousse
with
a
porter
beer
made
in
Colombia.
The
beer
was
Ragnarok,
and
tasted
a
little
off
(soured)
to
be
honest,
but
paired
with
the
mousse,
it
was
great.
My
(Belgian)
girlfriend
had
the
banana
bread,
and
hot
chocolate.
The
banana
bread
was
high
quality
and
though
the
hot
chocolate
was
made
with
luscious
confectioners
chocolate,
which
we
were
kindly
offered
to
try
in
advance
by
Paolo,
there
wasn’t
quite
enough
chocolate
to
overpower
the
milk
flavor.
I
think
this
may
be
a
cultural/culinary
difference/preference,
but
it
was
delicious
nonetheless.
We
plan
to
return
here
when
we
next
visit
Manizales
to
try
their
bigger
plates
(fuertes).
I
highly
recommend
this
place
if
your
missing
bread
or
pastries
form
back
home
(US
or
EU),
the
butter
croissants
looked
great
as
well.
They
have
a
great
selection
of
filtered
coffee
methods
to
choose
from,
which
I
am
a
big
fan
of
as
well.
The
service
was
very
friendly
and
Paolo
gave
us
some
great
recommendations
on
what
to
order,
what
bread
is
his
favorite,
and
even
how
we
could
take
a
bus
back
to
our
hotel.
Thanks
Paolo!
