One of, if not the best, vegan restaurants we found in all of Colombia (at least out of Cartagena, Santa Marta, Pereira, Medellin, and Manizales). The food was incredible, and the price was extremely reasonable at $10,000 COP per person! For said price, we each received a delicious plantain soup, a lentil burger, a salad with fresh strawberries and mango, vegetable fried rice, breaded and fried maduro (out of this world tasty), and a banana/maracuya dessert that was the perfect blend of sweet and sour. I cannot wait to visit Manizales again, if only to return to this restaurant. If you are vegan, this is the spot!
