Be Aware of False advertising! While looking this place on google shows pictures of a hotel with a Pool and Jacuzzi but when you get to the hotel none of those exists is just a basic hotel with nothing but small restaurant. We spoke to the General Manager Francisco Combariza and he gave us a dummy and unprofessional and excuse. Engañosa publicidad la página muestra fotos de piscina y jacuzzi pero nada de esto existe en la realidad cuando llegas al hotel es un hotel sencillo con solo un pequeño restaurante.

Check Out, process a mess!!! AC in the rooms does not work! No working spaces!!!! No room Service, breKfast very basic! Will not return!

If you want to stay for a short visit, this is a good hotel option , good wi fi, comfortable rooms and very quiet as well; in fact I had a very good night sleep and had time to work on my reports in the computer; breakfast is nice but it could have more options, in special of colombian cuisine and typical food; staff was very nice and friendly

I am from Toronto Canada and I have never received such service from any hotel in my whole entire life. I am blown away and greatly appreciate the heart and love of the staff and all their accomidations they provided beyond what is expected. I am so blown away and will always come back here my whole life.

Good hotel very reasonably priced. Rooms clean and well appointed. Didn't get a chance to use the gym. Breakfast is quite good. Restaurant also serves lunch and dinner

Beautiful Hotel. Great Price ahead of time. In a good neighborhood with alot of good food and bars. Sadly, never woke up in timentontey their breakfast, lol.

Excellent Hotel, great location close to "La Torre del Cable". Many restaurants nearby, Cafe's, bars, pubs. Many Universities around and it feels very safe like a college town. The service and attention in the hotel is very good. Breakfast and dinner is self served and it is simple, not too much variety but it is good enough. Rooms and bathroom are not old, well taken care of, and clean. The whole experience in the hotel is very nice.

I stayed here during a business trip and it was very clean, and the staff was excellent and very helpful. They went above and beyond.

Great location attentive staff. Beware of the central reservations it very rarely works well.
