Overpriced on a single room for our friends ! We paid for it and was charged the Gringo price , the price we paid should have been a King suite. Also after a nice walk about town (which was chilly we check into our room and the window was left open making the room cold. Oh, no heating unit was provided or installed. I was freezing so I thought a hot bath would help, but great it had a tub, but it was either old old old, or disgustingly dirty. In the small parking area we had to park our car where the bell hop said to park it and how he wanted our car parked!!! because of the overprice on rooms and cold i give it 1 star!!!!!

Very good hotel! Huge bed, suite, bathroom. Hot water. Climate controlled. Good restaurant and friendly staff. Secure parking.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Manizales. Wonderful staff and amenities. We stayed for a week and have found our go to hotel now when in the area.
