Hostal Apolo is a peaceful and very friendly environment, you can trust it. Close to the city's hustle and bustle, like Cabo. The price for the place is fair and the street is very quiet. I visited the hostal a few times and really liked the energy of the place and the people, I plan to come back more often.

What a bad service, they cancel the reservation less than a week before the occupancy due to an error in their prices, after which they do not care about leaving a person without a reservation, they do so rudely arguing that they reserve the right of admission and that "Someone like me" who asks for my rights, I am not welcome in your hostel. Well, thank you very much for not allowing me to attend your hostel. What a shame that they don't know how to admit their mistakes and that when faced with negative situations they prefer to continue muddying it with rudeness and arrogance.

The place is clean and a very good neighborhood... the host is very kind and it's a tourist guide too... all package.. I recommend totally.

Amazing hostel for 5 dollar a night.. Breakfast is included. They offer toast bread, eggs, peanut butter, jam, fruits and cereals. Coffee is also free the whole day and available in both kitchens. The beds are comfy and have outlets each. I would give 5 stars if they add curtains to the bank beds and the warm water would be more reliable.

This hostel contacted me 4 days before my check-in telling me they made a mistake with the price they had given me and now I would have to pay double. And then when I said their mistake was not my fault the guy was rude and cancelled my reservation. I stress this was 4 DAYS before the date of check-in. There was also not even an attempt to conciliate, he just said something to the effect of " we don't want you to come here" and blocked me from WhatsApp. Just know they can cancel your booking at anytime. It's not about how much it is but the lack of seriousness of this listing. You can't change already agreed conditions 4 days in advance

Apolo Hostal Manizales is a clean and comfortable Hostel in Manizales... located in a quiet and safe area ... you can have a coffee or eat a Burguer they offer fast food. Good choice in Manizales!!

The place is nice, the sector is the same, however, a lot of lack of seriousness because I requested for 4 people with a bathroom and they gave me one for 3 with an external bathroom and we had to sleep with a mattress, the place is nice, breakfast included and friendly people, economic, however the seriousness of the reserves needs to be improved. Thanks for the service.

The owner is super friendly. Everything is very clean and pleasant. Their burgers are the most delicious I've ever eaten... And their chili is unique... Excellent experience!
