Always enjoy coming here. We go for All the Shrimp You can Eat or Lobster Fest & my husband enjoys the Admirals Feast, along with their their garlic buns. I always enjoy the tall drinks 🍹 as well & a cheesecake to split w/ my husband too…..

Not the best picture, but they gave me variety when it came to lobster. They also gave me loads of butter which is very nice! Staff was pretty nice! Bake potato was really good but could have included chives. Didn't have enough room for the shrimp and noodles but everything else was great!

I come here often and the service is a hit or miss. My most recent visit makes me not want to come anymore, it wasn’t busy but it just felt like we were forgotten about often. Usually one of the staff asks if there’s any special event going on (anniversary, birthday, list goes on) but not a single person did. Bummer because we were there for a friend’s birthday. The food is great though, and some of the staff are extremely friendly and kind!

Out of all the Red Lobsters I have been to, I am always consistently disappointed by this on. Small portions, and poorly put together to go packaging. The slice of Meyer lemon cake reminded me of one of my favorite movies “Tiny. Tiny”

They get a 3 because they were out of salmon at 1 pm in a Thursday. So 2 of the items I wanted were not available. That sucked. Besides that our waitress was wonderful 🥰 and the for was Pretty good.

Absolutely the worst Red Lobster in the state! Hostess took awhile to seat us with no one around to even ask what to do about it. Service was terrible, not friendly and questions were answered with no help or with a dull attitude. The food was awful overcooked shrimp with no flavor. The biscuits were cold and stiff. Broccoli looked rotten and very small pieces. Generally cleanliness was bad and very poorly managed. Definitely do not recommend to even my enemy. Voiced my concerns to waitress but she didn't care. No manager available to talk to either. Never ever will I waste a dollar on this company.

The customer service was A+ and very covid safe. Great work guys. It's been 5 years since I been to a Red lobster. Great experience once again.

We arrived at the door with no wait. I was expecting a line. Ashley was our service. She was amazing!!! She was very helpful with any questions we had. Of course we had the Endless Shrimp promotion they were having! I this promotion! We were immediately given our drinks and a basket of those nummy fresh and warm biscuits. The food presentation was great! The broccoli was steamed perfectly. The restaurant and restroom was clean. The staff was very professional. The outside looked good too. I would highly recommend this Red Lobster Restaurant. I will be back!

This place has lost its luster in the past few years. It used to be the go-to special dining place. It used to be a treat. Now the food is drowning in melted butter. The prices are outrageous. The decor hasn't changed at all that I can tell. Our waitress was nice and patient since some of my party couldn't make a decision. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SIGN UP FOR THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM!!! I get spammed by them everyday. I have tried unsubscribing many times, but they obviously ignore it. I have reported them to Google at least and they now go in the spam folder automatically. I doubt I will ever eat at a Red Lobster again!

The atmosphere and the waiters are amazing here and always are very helpful and kind. The downfall I had was with the food and the pricing. I love their seafood but for the price I don't think I would order it again. Some of the food as well was extremely greasy for fries, which was not my cup of tea. The biscuits fail to dissapoint and made up for it!

The food was excellent, and so was our server. Restaurant was clean, but I didn't care for most of the music being piped in or some of the other customers. Will still definitely return.

Updated Review 4-14-23: After Red Lobster invited us back to the Mankato location, we decided to go on Monday, which is the endless shrimp special for $23.99 (a very good deal). The food was excellent, and we were very pleased with the taste, service, and overall experience this time. I'm still not a fan of the salads costing extra at $2.99, but with our endless shrimp, the baked potato is an option at no extra cost, and if anyone has been to Red Lobster, their baked potatoes are phenomenal! I'm thankful Red Lobster encouraged us to give them another opportunity, and as both my brother and I stated after this experience, "They did not disappoint!" If you go on a Monday, I suggest pairing the endless shrimp combinations of shrimp linguine Alfredo and coconut shrimp. The Pina colada dipping sauce should be a national treasure. Then rotating between Walts famous fried shrimp, the shrimp alfredo, and coconut shrimp is a 10 out of 10. I know they have other great selections for the endless shrimp, but those are my favorites! In addition, both servers and the hostess (we had the same hostess twice) we had at the Mankato, MN location were very nice, helpful, and personable. Having a kind and gracious waiter or waitress makes any restaurant experience that much better. At this specific Mankato, MN location, we've had nothing but that with our waiters and waitresses. Also, the hostess remembered us from last time (my brother and I are 6'10" and 6'9"), and we requested a table instead of a booth. When we came back, our hostess said she remembered us and already had a table in mind! That made our day and experience at Red Lobster that much better! Older Review: This was our first time back to Red Lobster in a few months. Their prices have skyrocketed while portions have gone down. They now charge $3 for a salad; it's no longer a side option unless you pay extra. The service was fine, and our waiter was nice. The food was just ok.... It's definitely not worth the price. The only real good deal would be Mondays when they do all you can eat shrimp. But otherwise, we probably won't go back unless it's on a Monday.

First time at a Red Lobster chain. Stopped by for their raving reviews and it did not disappoint! The grilled shrimps were delicious and the biscuits were perfect. What stood out most for me was Jody, my waitress. 10/10 🥇 Her recommendations were spectacular and made sure I tried all their specials. Their buttery garlic scallops is a must try!

Our Server was patient and prompt - very nice. The menu has changed since I was there last, and there are new dishes and side options. Prices did increase quite a bit, but what else hasn't? They serve Pepsi vs Coke now!! (And no Diet Dew.) The Coconut Shrimp were still good - same Piña Colada dipping sauce. Fried clams were the same. Baked potatoes are back to having salt on them. Salads are now a premium side, I think (upcharge)? Biscuits are still good, but were lacking the nummy garlic butter brush over. Grilled shrimp and scallop skewers were excellent! Fish & Chips was okay. Lobster & Shrimp Tacos were enjoyed by a picky eater - don't order if you aren't a cilantro person. No wait to be seated on a Tuesday at 6pm.

Who eats lunch at Red Lobster early on a Wednesday? Not many people! My 81 year old parents and I did. And we had fantastic service and food. My parents had the Endless Shrimp. Walt's is always a hit and the red shrimp skewer was equally good. But the butterflied coconut battered shrimp was so tasty--not fried to heavy and lightly coated. I had the 'New" sea scallops and shrimp skewers. Get it topped with the roasted garlic butter because that soaks in the rice and wow! I'm not a big rice fan, but I ate all of this! And of course, Cheddar Bay Biscuits were delicious as always to sop it all up!! Becka was a great server to handle two older people and their "jokes and foibles"!! Well done!!

We showed up for early dinner, it wasn’t busy. Our server Richard D did a horrible job. He showed up, took our drink order, after awhile he brought out our drinks which he mixed up. It was 2 waters and an adult beverage. He came back took our food order and then never stopped back at our table again. My wife had ordered endless shrimp and gave her three choices for the first order. Our food was delivered by a nice lady. We sat eating our food which was pretty good, very small portions for the price though. Our drink glasses sat empty, my wife patiently waiting to put in a reorder of shrimp but Richard never returned, he walked by our table at least a dozen times. Finally I flagged him down, my wife told him she would like to order more shrimp, Richard was rather rude and awkward about it when she asked again what the choices were, he didn’t know so he grabbed the advertisement on the table and shoved it in her face saying here. She ordered and Richard started to leave, my daughter had to stop him to ask for drink refills. He disappeared for another 10 minutes and then came back and told my wife she only ordered the pick 3 which wasn’t true and that if she wanted the endless shrimp he would have to change her order. My wife was extremely embarrassed and frustrated over Richard’s behavior that she said just forget it. I don’t need anymore, everyone else is finished eating anyways. Richard also used this as his excuse for never returning to the table. He stated that you only ordered pick 3 that’s why I didn’t stop back for a reorder. I guess servers don’t feel they have to stop back to check on food quality, refill drinks or see if anything else is needed, only if they get your order right and it’s to order more shrimp. Richard acted like we were an inconvenience and that he was doing us a favor instead of treating us like valued customers. I should also add that I witnessed two neighboring tables facing the same struggles, one with never receiving drink refills and the other having to ask a second time for a kids menu. We’re extremely disappointed. I used to really enjoy Red Lobster after this occasion we will not ever be returning.

Little disappointed in the portion sizes of the french fries, a small McDonald's fry has more. Cod was crispy and the rest of the items were done well.

We had an amazing server in Aiden. He made the visit exceptional. Very knowledgeable and patient, explaining answers to our questions. Thank you for the pleasant visit! And as usual, the biscuits were so delicious!!

I was lucky enough to take a Vietnam 🇻🇳 Veteran out for supper. We enjoyed our meal immensely. 😋 I was looking forward to eating my other half of delicious leftovers the next day. But decided to let my son enjoy it that 🌙. So now I have to go there again. 🙃 I can't hardly wait.

Saturday evening and they were busy but not crowded. We had great service and a nice location with quiet surroundings. Our meals were perfect.

Don't bother going if you're vegan because there's no vegan options there. The waiter was great. Knowing what I know about the fishing industry Ol' Red Lobster isn't the same for me anymore.

Pretty sure it’s the waitress and waiters birthday every visit. The hostess took out a lobster for my daughters to pet! Delicious but the Maine lobster is tough and bitter the rock lobster, sweet and chewy is the best in my opinion as far as lobster goes. Good amount of food for the Lobster Lovers Dream 😴

We had dinner at Red Lobster in Mankato and ordered the steak and lobster dinner. We chose mashed potatoes with lobster sauce (delicious!) and a side garden salad…everything was fantastic. The service was excellent and our waitress was very attentive to our needs. Looking forward to returning!!

Loved it!! The service was top notch!!!! Best to make reservations before, especially if you're with a larger group and/or dine on the weekend. Went for my birthday and got a surprise treat!

Sat in restraunt for 40 minutes after getting seated and wasn't spoken to by a server that entire time. Then the next day we decided take out instead since we had a gift card we needed to spend there, it was horrible. Portion for appetizer was tiny.
