My
wife
recently
stayed
here
on
business
and
has
had
pleasant
experiences
with
Courtyard
Marriotts
in
the
past.
This
stay
was
similar
until
the
middle
of
her
first
night
when
someone
was
given
a
key
to
her
room
and
had
a
man
attempted
several
times
to
enter
the
room.
After
informing
the
man
that
there
was
indeed
someone
in
the
room,
she
received
a
call
from
the
front
desk
accusing
her
of
"not
being
in
the
right
room."
My
wife
responded
that
she
was
given
a
room
key
that
got
her
into
this
room
and
had
the
room
number
written
by
the
staff
on
it.
She
was
then
placed
on
hold
for
several
minutes
and
told
that
she
was
supposed
to
be
in
a
room
2
floors
below
her.
She
informed
the
staff
that
she
would
not
be
moving,
as
she
was
given
this
room
and
had
already
unpacked
(not
to
mention
it
was
the
middle
of
the
night).
In
addition
to
the
safety
issue
of
having
someone
given
a
key
to
a
room
you
are
in
already,
she
was
then
accused
of
making
a
mistake
that
the
staff
earlier
in
the
day
had
made...
Goes
without
saying
that
we
will
not
be
using
this
Courtyard
again.
