Long term stay. Wish there was a 3 1/2 star. Great location with mall in walking distance. Highway is less than 3 minutes away. Not too much car traffic noise. Pleasant staff. Initially 5 star stay. But issue occurred. Manager apologized. But I never felt comfortable after that. Accommodated request for high floor which I am grateful for since it can get noisy with people running the hallways (kids) past 10pm. Room renovated but flawed with uneven bathroom door that couldn’t close and banged up drawer that was hanging off the track. Maybe it was just that one room at the end of the hall. Previous room was very good. Restaurant has good wings at decent price- the dry rub ones however are dry and tasted like old refried meat and that made me reluctant to order from them towards the end of my stay. Also the price of food seemed to vary with the same items costing different amounts on different days…

One of my favorite hotels. I’ve stayed here 4 times now on business and it’s been great every time. The rooms are always clean, it’s quiet, staff is super friendly. One of my favorite things is Starbucks right in the lobby. I will continue to stay here for future business trips!

Modern hotel with nice amenities. Clean. There's a bar in the evenings which turns into a breakfast cafe, which was nice for Starbucks coffee in the morning. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, though. Neither my husband nor I slept great because of that.

We came to Mankato for a wedding. We are very happy with our stay. An employee, Faith, was accommodating to our needs and made this stay even more enjoyable. The courtyard is beautiful. You will enjoy your stay at the Marriott in Mankato.

I was at the Courtyard for a conference. It's a beautiful building. Very clean and always well manicured. As a travel agent, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Went here for a friend's wedding and the location was excellent! The event center was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived our room's AC was running below par and the manager (Katie) immediately took care of us and got us a new room with a comp. Great customer service and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was dirty and there was something left on the curtains. The shower drained so slowly that there was standing water before it was even warmed up. I complained to the front desk and none of these problems were resolved before I left. Also the second floor elevator down button had to be pressed several times before it would register the push.

Let me start with this LOCATION!! It’s 2 miles from all the shopping, food or nail salons you need . The staff was super accommodating. Will help you move rooms of your bathtub is backed up and give ya a discount to the bistro . Brought us a little heater fan for our room because we were super cold from being outside all day. The room was very very clean ! Smelled clean looked clean and very comfortable. Has a refrigerator & microwave. Beds are comfortable, the sheets are so nice and the pillows are top notch . 5*

Super clean rooms! Everything felt so clean and nice. Pool room was a little hard on the eyes due to heavy chlorine though.

Had a great stay here. My wife and I were doing a little belated Anniversary weekend. They treated us very good. Only thing I would call out is the road noise on the back side if the hotel.

Stayed here for two nights for a work event and it was great! Everyone did an awesome job! The rooms were clean, the staff was rocking it the whole time! Loved having the Starbucks and a bar on site! It makes it more convenient and fun! Highly recommend for a meeting event!

Professional and friendly staff at check in. I asked for a quiet room and was given one that faces the parking lot which was very nice - I assume it is more quiet than facing the highway. The room was very comfortable, updated and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. Walk to the mall for shopping and movies. Many restaurants in the area. Love the Bon Voy app for booking and contacting the staff. Also love the noon check out time.

My wife recently stayed here on business and has had pleasant experiences with Courtyard Marriotts in the past. This stay was similar until the middle of her first night when someone was given a key to her room and had a man attempted several times to enter the room. After informing the man that there was indeed someone in the room, she received a call from the front desk accusing her of "not being in the right room." My wife responded that she was given a room key that got her into this room and had the room number written by the staff on it. She was then placed on hold for several minutes and told that she was supposed to be in a room 2 floors below her. She informed the staff that she would not be moving, as she was given this room and had already unpacked (not to mention it was the middle of the night). In addition to the safety issue of having someone given a key to a room you are in already, she was then accused of making a mistake that the staff earlier in the day had made... Goes without saying that we will not be using this Courtyard again.

Wir waren auf einer Rundreise durch den Mittleren Westen und fanden dieses Hotel sehr angenehm. Der Empfang war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und bequem. Nur das Restaurant fanden wir etwas zu teuer. Aber es gab ja Alternativen.

Definitely should not have the Marriott name. Shirley at the front desk needs some hospitality training. I informed her about some noise coming from another room and she said: what would you like me to do about that? Unacceptable.

My first room was nearly 80 degrees inside and very ..... moist. The concierge very quickly switched me to another room that was only slightly better. She brought a fan and made a couple of accommodations that put my concern to bed. I noticed that the thermostat has a motion sensor. If the air conditioner only kicks on with someone is present, then, in this weather, it is to be expected to feel rather.....disgusting..... when you first arrive. The doors wouldn't close all the way and the bathroom door wouldn't latch because the door jam had swollen so much.

Had a wonderful Medicare training here today! The meeting room was clean, the acoustics were great, and the food was wonderful. Would definitely come back!

What a wonderful hotel! I stayed here with my boyfriend and kids and it was a great experience. We got excellent service and food at the café and the front desk gals were friendly and fun! The pool area was clean and the room was perfect. This is where we will be staying when we are back!

Very great service from the staff, very luxuries rooms. Pool and whirlpool were amazing. Lovely atmosphere and great design in the hotel. The bestro was highly overpriced for a very bare minimum food. Everything is reheated. My chicken was overcooked, the tomatoe soup bisque was very plain tasting, the arugula salad was not served as advertised. Just arugula and dressing. They over booked rooms and had to wait for our room even tho we booked it 3 days in advance. For a 3 star hotel trying to be a 5 star, the mattress was like sleeping on a rock.

We held a big Board of Directors meeting here. It was a seamless process getting everything planned and everything went according to plan. Brooke & Kyle were fabulous to work with and received many compliments from our corporate staff! would return for another big event, no doubt.

This is a very nice place to stay. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly, polite, professional and accommodating. If given a choice, I will certainly stay here again.
