    Store workers are always very helpful and attentive when I go in - but today was beyond that! One of them (unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was working at the salon counter around 2 pm) went to go get a new product from the back that they had just received when I asked about it! I thought I was going to have to wait and come back so I am very grateful. Thank you!

    I had such a great experience at Ulta because of Laura! Me and my sisters were there this Saturday and I have never been there before. I have been having trouble with my skin, I explained my concerns to Laura and she was very knowledgeable about my skin and the conditions I have been experiencing. She was also very knowledgeable about products that would be helpful and had great customer service. All 3 of us (sisters) ended up walking out with the same skin kit (which is working amazing for my skin so far). Thank you Laura, you did a fabulous job! :)

    I was looking for a specific nail polish and not able to find it. The sales person was very helpful in helping me try to find it and even went online to search for it. Ended up getting something a little different with the help of the sales staff. No pressure in trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. I appreciate that.

    The selection is good for products, while not as much stock as the MOA Ulta I always find something good. However, management seems to train staff to pester the customer constantly. I had three staff approach me in two minutes, which was overwhelming. If they are trained that they have to constantly bug customers on the floor, that means backup when they have customers in line as well because two thirds of the staff are all unnecessarily monitoring customers who don't need help. I also believe the labor shortage means more worker turnover so every time I have been there a new cashier is being let loose to the wolves. Ulta, please allow workers to let customers come to them for help, and pay your workers better so you can hang onto them and provide a more expert and proficient experience to the customer.

    I came to the store in search of a foundation and concealer. After looking for a few minutes I decided to ask for help. The associate began to show me a foundation from too faced which we unfortunately couldn’t match my shade with. She then brought me to kat von d where we had the same issue. Then I was brought to tarte and found an exact match! Even after all that, she was still so kind and willing to take the time to help me find the right concealer! Taking it a step further, without me even asking she grabbed a makeup wipe for me to clean the foundations we tested off my skin. I walked away extremely satisfied and couldn’t wait to use my new products. She was so very kind and took the time to help me without making me feel rushed. I have been a returning customer and will continue to be.

    I only go to Ulta when I can't find my items online. Staff has little knowledge of products so don't bother when they ask to help you. They have no clue. They just stock shelves and make customers feel uncomfortable.

    First time visit, I was awe struck. Product areas are well marked. Clerks VERY helpful and knowledgeable. A clerk helped get a product from storeroom then helped with another item.

    Love Ulta. They have almost everything I need as far as makeup and skincare. I just hate it when the staff start circling like vultures when they think you're stealing. It's like ok I make 10 times as much money as you guys you can leave me alone and I don't need a basket thank you very much. Ugh

    Denise Youngblood is the person to go to!! So helpful and accommodating to the Ulta customer experience👏 they work at the Richfield Target Ulta and also this store I believe.
