The
selection
is
good
for
products,
while
not
as
much
stock
as
the
MOA
Ulta
I
always
find
something
good.
However,
management
seems
to
train
staff
to
pester
the
customer
constantly.
I
had
three
staff
approach
me
in
two
minutes,
which
was
overwhelming.
If
they
are
trained
that
they
have
to
constantly
bug
customers
on
the
floor,
that
means
backup
when
they
have
customers
in
line
as
well
because
two
thirds
of
the
staff
are
all
unnecessarily
monitoring
customers
who
don't
need
help.
I
also
believe
the
labor
shortage
means
more
worker
turnover
so
every
time
I
have
been
there
a
new
cashier
is
being
let
loose
to
the
wolves.
Ulta,
please
allow
workers
to
let
customers
come
to
them
for
help,
and
pay
your
workers
better
so
you
can
hang
onto
them
and
provide
a
more
expert
and
proficient
experience
to
the
customer.
