A fantastic place for some fantastic tacos, happy hour, a michelada, or a family dinner. The staff went above and beyond when we walked in with our two young children. Best Mexican food we’ve tried this side of Minneapolis.

I'm surprised I haven't heard about this restaurant in town, definitely located in a discreet location within a strip mall but definitely worth the find. Staff was attentive and answered any questions we had. Food was definitely filling and homemade especially the tamales. This local lil Mexican Restaurant will definitely give the other places in town a run for thier money. Hope they stay around for awhile.

Just by getting in the place you know the food will be good and authentic. The staff is very nice, polite and they work really fast making sure everybody is well-tended. They give you a good size platter of chips with a delicious salsa while you check the menu. That salsa is really fresh and you can add hot sauce to it and it won't lose the flavor. I ordered the pork tamales with a side of mexican rice and beans. Let me tell you, I have been searching for authentic mexican tamales and I found them in that place. The masa is simple and delicious, the pork is so juicy, with the right amount of spice, nice size. You decide how many you want in your order. The rice and beans were really good too. I added some hot sauce to my tamales and OH my God... that took them to the next level of deliciousness!! Trust me, you want to try their food. The agua de Jamaica es a gigantic glass of juice, so refreshing and not overly sweet.

this is one of the best restaurants i’ve been to! mi pueblo in general is great, but this location was awesome! their salsa tasted different, but it tasted way better than any other salsa. we ordered 3 plates of food and got it in at most 19 minutes, which is great! their location is decorated nicely, and I love the style they chose! overall, I really recommend this restaurant if you want the best beans and rice in the state.

We had a very large group around 20ish and they were amazing. They were very organized and got us food and drinks very quickly. The food was great and the service was outstanding. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you should. They have a lot of vegetarian and gluten free options

Love their salsa! Food is always excellent and typically gives me two meals. Never have bad service no matter who our server is. Our family favorite restaurant without a doubt! Margarita pitcher nights on Thursdays are an added bonus!

Mi Pueblo is the best Mexican restaurant around, so far. My first impression always comes from the fajitas, and they did not disappoint. The chips and salsa are also great, as expected. This location happens to be located in a strip mall, but they do well despite this. When this place reaches max occupancy, you can really feel cramped, though. If you go for drinks, the margaritas have been great so far, too.

I love this place. The food sizes are amazing at a good price. The service was extremely nice and the atmosphere is a combination of a sports bar and a Mexican restaurant. I will be coming back here every time I'm in the area.
