was
thinking
quite
a
while
if
I
should
write
this
review
as
the
experience
was
very
very
bad.
I
had
two
bookings
in
December
via
Expedia
in
excess
of
PHP32K.
When
we
arrived
at
the
hotel
the
staff
informed
us
that
they
don't
accept
bookings
from
Expedia
anymore,
but
Expedia
already
too
the
charges
from
me.
If
we
wanted
to
stay
we
had
to
pay
again
and
work
with
Expedia
to
get
our
refund.
Hotel
staff
promised
us
a
full
refund
as
they'd
confirm
with
Expedia
that
they
don't
accept
bookings
anymore
from
them.
So
far
so
good
and
we
decided
to
check
out
another
hotel
in
the
area.
When
we
returned
I
contacted
Expedia
to
get
the
refund
initiated.
This
took
a
long
time
and
at
the
end
Expedia
informed
us
that
the
owner
of
the
hotel
agreed
to
refund
only
PHP14K
out
of
the
payment,
leaving
me
with
PHP18K
out
of
pocket
and
the
cost
for
the
other
hotel.
Very
dishonest
establishment,
please
avoid
at
all
cost
so
you
don't
have
the
same
experience
as
we
had.
I'd
give
0
or
negative
starts
if
I
could.
If
you
need
to
stay
in
this
area
please
visit
"Case
de
Yzabelle"
They
are
amazing
caring
and
it's
a
great
hotel.
The
owner
"Ricky"
has
his
heart
in
the
right
place
and
looked
after
us
amazingly.
So
please
avoid
RK's
Garden
Breeze
Hotel
&
Restaurant
at
all
cost!
