Used the chalets, which are clean and hopefully will be self-catering

Beautifully landscaped. Food is mostly quite good -- Lesotho trout cooked perfectly, baked goods are amazing. However, the veggies served with the trout were not great, previuosly frozen. Rooms are fairly nice but could use some more routine maintenance. Overall, great experience, but some minor improvements are needed.

Great service, clean accommodation and friendly staff. Beautiful gardens. Unfortunately due to the heavy rains, the swimming pool looks a little murky, but the pool would be good for both adults and small children due to the long shallow step. Breakfast was good and the staff could arrange for a few alternatives.

Very poor service with no TV remote controls in the rooms, electric blankets not functioning, very dark walkways at night and poorly maintained facility altogether. They don’t have WiFi in the rooms and can only be accessed from conference halls, dining hall and reception. The only best thing in this place is their palatable pizza
