All,
I
am
very
much
frustrated
and
disappointed
while
dealing
with
this
showroom
head
and
his
staff.
I
am
sorry
to
say
that
these
men
are
unprofessional
and
irresponsible
to
their
valuable
customers.
Two
months
before
I
booked
a
creta
,
after
one
week
I
paid
6
lakh
through
bank
cheque
and
for
the
remaining
6
lakh
I
applied
bank
loan.
Bank
loan
also
issued
and
paid
after
one
week.
When
the
delivery
time
occurred,
I
got
a
call
from
the
showroom
guy
and
says
that
they
lost/misplaced
the
cheque
somewhere
and
so
they
want
the
first
6
lakh
payment
through
bank
transfer.
At
that
time
I
was
eagerly
waiting
for
the
vehicle
delivery
as
they
agreed.
Then
I
asked
them
for
a
letter
requesting
the
bank
to
cancel
the
cheque
and
issue
the
payment
through
bank
transfer,
as
per
this
bank
has
done
payment.
After
2
weeks
from
then
the
vehicle
has
delivered
and
everything
was
ok.
Then
what
the
interesting
thing
happened
is
that,
these
guys
submitted
the
so
called
“lost
cheque”
to
the
bank
after
one
month
from
vehicle
delivery.
I
was
totally
stunned
when
I
got
a
surprise
call
from
the
bank
regarding
this
issue.
I
suspect
this
is
an
attempt
of
fraud/cheating
by
some
of
the
SS
Hyundai
company
staffs.
So
the
public
has
to
be
very
careful
while
dealing
with
this
dealer
or
you
can
choose
other
dealers
for
peace
of
mind
and
better
deals.
