Hi All, I am very much frustrated and disappointed while dealing with this showroom head and his staff. I am sorry to say that these men are unprofessional and irresponsible to their valuable customers. Two months before I booked a creta , after one week I paid 6 lakh through bank cheque and for the remaining 6 lakh I applied bank loan. Bank loan also issued and paid after one week. When the delivery time occurred, I got a call from the showroom guy and says that they lost/misplaced the cheque somewhere and so they want the first 6 lakh payment through bank transfer. At that time I was eagerly waiting for the vehicle delivery as they agreed. Then I asked them for a letter requesting the bank to cancel the cheque and issue the payment through bank transfer, as per this bank has done payment. After 2 weeks from then the vehicle has delivered and everything was ok. Then what the interesting thing happened is that, these guys submitted the so called “lost cheque” to the bank after one month from vehicle delivery. I was totally stunned when I got a surprise call from the bank regarding this issue. I suspect this is an attempt of fraud/cheating by some of the SS Hyundai company staffs. So the public has to be very careful while dealing with this dealer or you can choose other dealers for peace of mind and better deals.

The vehicle service is not upto the mark (Below average) . Dont have any professionalism on their work. They are not doing work based on the job card. Bitter experience on servicing. The dealings of the service managers are good. But as a customer who went there for servicing will give only importance to how the service team have done work. For that , the grade can be given below average. 1. Asked the service team to check battery water level. They don't haven't checked it. So I replaced the battery because the batery show complaint after a long journey next day after service. 2. Asked for wheel rotation after alignment check. They haven't done. 3. After filling nitrogen in tyre ( from normal air to nitrogen) . The standard way is to change the cap to green. They didn't do it. And also didn't fill or change the spare tyre. These are the fault they made. I asked them clearly to do this things while giving my car for paid service. On the next day I gave the complaint to the manager. He takes necessary action for the fault from the workers side. And send the car for general check up.

Good showroom and service center with cordial staffs and management, the service is fine. If you are planning on servicing your car here then please book in advance as there are lots of cars to be serviced, so it might take sometime, so if you book & come they will go according to the booking no. Only in rare circumstances if the customer can’t make it on the scheduled time then they will opt for “first come” service.

Nice and amenable. Even in the pandemic situation they managed a hassle free delivery. Sales executive Mr Mahilal deserves appreciation for his excellent service.

Attended the Hyundai Exter show. Based on the promise of delivery from the first lot, I paid the booking cost. My confidence was strengthened by the promise of the owner of the SSH. I did not get the vehicle allotted from the first lot and the second lot. Based on the assurance that my vehicle is in the second lot and it reached their main depot; I paid a major portion of the total cost, even though they insisted on full payment. However the scenario changed quickly: there is no trace of the vehicle and the expected delivery is another three months away. God knows the reason. Refunds of the payments are denied. No proper responses. Beware: paying more than booking charge will land you in trouble. Take care. There is no value for the promises.

I had a minor problem with the air nozzle cap on my i20 and this was fixed promptly by the service centre. Really good service and great customer service

I am sharing my experience with this dealership here as of i am a happy customer. I had recently purchased two cars from here i20 and i10 for me and my sister . Truthfully I had planned to buy other brand but meeting up with CRM Sanu P Johnson ,i had changed my mind and bought this cars . I would say he is very knowledgeable and experienced person that he explained every detail to me and made me to take a right decision . When i went for my first service of the cars i was astonished and delightful as Sanu took care of everything and delivered the cars on time and i very much appreciated their customer service and the relationship they keep up . I had called their toll free number to assist me with the location. They told me that someone will call me back but there was no response. I finally managed to reach the showroom on my own. We went to the showroom on 30 Jan 2023. I met a sales consultant Mr Rahul R. He gave me details about Hyundai Creta as that was the vehicle I was looking for. There was no test drive given to me then. He promised me that he will bring the test drive vehicle home. After that there was no response from him. I called him several times but he didn't answer nor returned my call. He completely ignored me. My experience has been terrible with them. They will lose important customers if this is the way they work. I doubt how their car servicing will be for their customers. Overall very bad experience.

One of the worst service center of Hyundai in kerala. They are totally unprofessional and cheaters. They dont have a proper mechanic, mainly they are cheating the customers on spare parts.Dont believe them.

Worst experience ever in any car service center. No update on promised dates until you keep on calling them. They will Promise for 01 hour and takes 04 hrs for replacement of parts/ small repairs. Check your car properly twice after your servicing. They don’t do any cleaning.
