Very worst service they provided. Cash counter persons are not responding properly. Many times they did wrong billing such as the wrong price, wrong quantities. Need to improve customer satisfaction. So many good supermarkets are available at Sullirpeta

Staff are very lazy. Thay don't care about coustomer...just chit chatting. Billing will take more time, even though there's no crowd

I found everything what I need here, but vegitables are not protected well and placed outside. Cows are there when i went to MORE., And ate Tomatoes. It's not good for ppl who expects quality vegitables (placed outside only) Except that it's good. For remaining groceries. And staff is careless, I'm only the person in counter no one around me, and he made payment after his boasting finished in calls. Literally he takes 15 minutes. I prefer to give genuine review. I never change.

I am giving 3 star rating because billing is too delay. You have to wait atleast 20 min even though the rush is less because the staff is not co-operative. Person at counter will not be available all the time, if theybsee crowd then only person comes for billing. Also the billing process is slow. Costing price for carry bag which other super markets in Sullurupeta don't charge. Price wise just ok compared to other super markets in Sullurupeta. No discounts as present in cities more market. Only more branded products are available in groceries category which are costlier compared to other good brands. So for groceries this is not the right super market in Sullurupeta.

all types of home needs available here with no discounts, it's located near kollamitta, billing system is worst, they waited so many hours for billing, better to upgrade billing section here or better hire skilled billing person, they waited us almost 60minutes,

Staff is worst rates is too much on items and they give more rates on the bill

Need improvement in overall stock management. Some products are expired still kept in racks especially food veggies. Considering Sunday crowd all material should be made available like yogurt, makhana , olive oil etc.

Even i dont like to give even single star.....inefficiant staff and very late billing....I didnt see any where 30 min for each billing

Very good place for day to day grocery shopping in sullurpet. They have all varieties of grocery items. Most of the times they have good discounts on all products.

Not a more store as present in cities. Worst thing is billing. Too late billing.No offers. No discounts. Shop keepers and billing persons behaviour is too rude to customers. Price is equal to normal shops. Better supermarket in Sullurupeta is RR and Sriram.

Lighting is good, most of the groceries are available at affordable prices, won't suit for all households. Too expensive for a middle class family to buy monthly groceries at a store like this. The worst part comes at the temperature inside the shower market, it is too hot even on a rainy evng... No air coolers or air conditioners are there to control the temparatures in the interior. Need to improve in such aspects.
