When it comes to Uni Club, I always think: authentic, unchanged and always recommended. I moved to Mannheim as a student in 1988, went to the university club a lot back then and still enjoy the pub today (just not as often anymore). The pub has fair prices, good beer, a simple menu, the food is good, the crowd is mixed and open, the interior is cozy. Just like 30 years ago! Still a recommendation.

The Uni Club is THE student bar in Mannheim. The owners and service are simply great, when the weather is good you can sit in a beautiful courtyard and a visit should always include a large Kellerbier with a plate of fried potatoes. It's an unbelievable shame that you won't be around anymore...

I was there when Fuzy and Hartmut were still at the bar and I still go there 2-3 times a year, it's just nice. Belongs to Mannheim like the water tower.

It's off season so there were not much students. In fact it was really calm. Not a problem ofc because it's not the bar's fault. Despite it being really calm it took ages to get us our drinks. There was only one girl working the bar and for one or other reason she insisted on taking orders at the tables and serving the tables. For us, Belgian blokes, this is weird. Just let people order at the bar.

Cool student bar - who wouldn't have guessed it from the name... Good value for money, especially with a beer pass (ask for 11 🍺 drink when paying and only pay 10). The kitchen is open until 10 p.m. and also offers quality at fair prices! Local pub No. 1!

Good food, good beer, the staff is very nice. The place looks really cool, and you can play also board games like sach or anything else. We really enjoyed there.

Wonderful pub with an idyllic atmosphere. Very humane drink prices and normal food prices. Beautiful courtyard with ivy and lamps, separate smoking room (which looks like a hobbit hole from the outside) and clean toilets. I've almost become a regular. ;-)

Always worth a visit.

Really cozy pub! I've been here a few times with friends, the service is friendly, there are some games you can rent there, there is a smoking area and a non-smoking area. Unfortunately, the air is a bit stuffy overall, which personally irritated me a bit. It's worth taking a look at the ceiling!!! :)

Cool and unobtrusive! We often meet there because you can have a drink or a delicious meal or spend a quiet evening playing board games. With 10 types of beer and other beer promotions, there is always something for me.

Affordable prices for drinks and food - something for everyone and top quality. Homely atmosphere. Large non-smoking area with bar, large separate smoking area in the back. Quiet beer garden from spring to autumn. From students to regular guests, everything is available. The landlord and his service staff always try to ensure a pleasant evening! For decades it has been an established institution in the Mannheim pub scene, where people like to stop by to enjoy their after-work beer.

Very traditional restaurant with rustic and cozy furnishings and a sensational inner courtyard. Very good value for money. There is also a very friendly owner who is always available for a quick chat and remembers you straight away. Insider tip: The fried potatoes are super delicious!

The day I arrived in Germany, I came here straight away. Since then I have had to come here at least 1-2 times every week. Because Kellerbier here makes me happy😍😂 And the boss is also very nice💌 I can only recommend!
