I rarely write bad reviews but my party that was with me last night feel strongly to mention this. We arrived for our 5.30pm reservation because we had a movie to catch at 7.45pm. It was quiet at the time so we expected our meal to finish on time. We ordered a round of drinks with just ONE appetiser for two people at our table. And then shortly after ordered our mains. After finishing the appetiser, that's when it started getting horrible. We waited, waited and waited patiently for our mains as the restaurant started filling up. 1 hour in we asked the waitress about our food, she says it would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, still no food and the table that arrives much later than us gets their mains and pays their bill to leave. A new group of people arrive at the said table and we are still starving without our mains. The waitress says because we ordered an appetiser, that warrants the mains to arrive late. Which does not make any sense considering we only ordered ONE appetiser for two people, and the rest at our table didn't have any appetiser. Not to mention we were already waiting for 80 minutes. Our movie is almost starting and everyone is starting to stress out about how little time we have to eat before running to the cinema. FINALLY the food arrives and we quickly ask for takeaway boxes to pack our food in. And they also make a mistake on one of the dishes. The cherry on top is how tightly arranged the tables are in this restaurant. Definitely not disabled friendly. Food I would say was average. I'm not sure if they were understaffed in the kitchen or just very poor management. But no one should wait 90 mins and scoff down their food. No matter how good the food is, poor service and management ruin it all. Hopefully they can improve on this.

This restaurant is ok but nothing special. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The food tastes alright but not great to be completely honest. The atmosphere is cool and the drinks are good. I got tacos with avocado and the avocado was not ripe, really unfortunate which is a death sentence for any meal made with avocado... I asked if I could pay with card upfront and they told me it wasn't gonna be an issue, then when I wanted to pay it wasn't working and they had me waiting for 10 minutes. I then asked how we gonna resolve this and ended up having to get some cash from a atm close by and come back, once in a life time experience 🤭🤣. I wouldn't come back and if you don't check it out you wouldn't miss anything.

Tried the tricolor enchiladas - one was really good, one was good but a bit salty and the other one had cilantro, which I don't like, but I don't speak German so I missed it on the menu. Overall it was good, and the portion was big + rice and beans. So although I couldn't eat one of the enchiladas it was still enough! The place is also very nice, with indoor and outdoor sitting.

Now I would say this restaurant is not to be missed at all. They have the most amazing cocktails and each day has a special cocktail day. Delicious food with a very happening vibe. The waitress serving us was a bit not welcoming but that can be due to communication issues so better use google translates. They are usually very very busy after 16:00 hours so you either order everything at once or wait for a longer time. Overall this isn’t a place to be missed especially if you want great cocktails.

Went to this place a year ago and had there trio enchiladas and loved it. Recently tried this again and was severely disappointed. The staff and drinks are what made it 2 stars. As for first, the chips and salsa. Let's say there wasn't much going on. I asked if this was a homemade salsa and they said yes. The taste was more of a tomato sauce with maybe an herb or two. Now for the Flautas this was something I was craving. Being from California it was a classic go to. Here on the other hand it looked like a canoli and the taste was like they baked some chicken and added the same salsa in it. I don't know who needs this much sour cream for three flautas but I do wish it was a canoli instead. Now for there tacos. If your looking for anything authentic here might as well just make something homemade. Sorry to say this but wont be visiting here again.

Really nice Mexican restaurant in town, great flavors, nice service a bit pricey but worth thw visit. Nice atmosphere

The Mexican chicken rice was soo good. It was sauce was creamy and chicken was perfectly cook. The staffs were also very friendly.

Enchilada is not good not too bad. Side salad is okay. Brutto is not good not too bad. Staff is perfect. Service is good. Terrace is cool. Draft beer is really good.

I had the plate with 3 tacos. I loved the taco with Carne Asada, it was delicious but the minced meat and the chicken tacos were disappointing, they didn't taste good much. I liked the drinks and the starters. Especially, we loved how you can see your orders online and pay for them by yourself as you wish. It was a good change. Staff is also really friendly.

I tried Rice Bowl with shrimps, and it was very good... There were a lot of various drinks, too... 😋😋😋. And don't forget the unique fried ice cream... 👍👍

We went here for dinner and we're spoiled for vegetarian choices which is not usually the case. We ordered chimichaga Exotico, rice bowl Exotico, gin tonic and mango daiquiri. Food as well as drinks, everything was exceptional. The entire ambiance is so true to an actual Mexican restaurant as if you're in Mexico only!!! Loved the attention to detail.

Great Mexican food .. great service .. large choices in menu .. and large portions .. The most attracting in this place is the music playing in the background and the large open area. The staff were super .. very helpful and nice. Another good thing, you do not wait for the bill .. just go to cashier on your way out and pay .. I like this ..

One of the best 👌 Honestly I've been there 3 times and was always tasty so good really and friendly Service. But one thing I didn't like that last time I've been there, the waiter just toke my dish in front of me without asking me if I'm still eating or so, he just toke it and left and I was like okay thx, it seems this dude doesn't want me to eat much and take care of myself 😅🤣

Absolutely loved the place. Food was good and the drinks were very chilling. You need to reserve on a weekend through their website maybe. Parkhaus is just the next building and is a great place if you travelling in a car. The ambiance is good and you can also sit out if you prefer. I was surprised when the waitress was said "I don't know" when asked to suggest their best food. But the waitress were really friendly only that they weren't experienced.

Very good Mexican food for Germany. Nice verity on the menu, excellent drink selection and polite waitresses. A thumbs up from me!

The best Mexican food ever. Ample of vegetarian options. Prices are a bit high but the quantity you get definitely justifies the price. a must try for Mexican food when in Mannheim. Complementary salsa and chips are a bonus.

The food was delicious but the service was so slow. We ordered four cokes and the delivered them after 15 minutes. Also the spicy food were too spicy, they should have warned us on the catalogs!
