    Waited 15 minutes for the boss, he just didn't come. Counter staff are more busy with their cell phones. There is no drink offered, perhaps because you are older, there is no menu nor was there a request. You wait in vain for something to drink. Hospitality or a. Service job whether appointment or not looks different. The pattern of counter staff is also questionable. No thanks from the start.
