The rooms and the location were perfect, front desk was very nice. My major issue with this property was that I was denied service before walking into the lounge area to grab a cocktail and bite to eat after a very long day of work. Apparently, I wasn't dressed well enough, relaxing gym shorts isn't proper enough. They can take my money for the room, but not for food and a drink? A prejudice way of saying I wasn't good enough to use this hotel's lounge. I would NEVER stay at this hotel in the future.

Our overall stay was pleasant. The holiday decorations were beautifully done and simple. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The only issue we had, which was recurring, was that we were not given washcloths. When we requested them, they were delivered but not replaced when the room was cleaned. Our room also was not mopped when cleaned one day when we realized there was a sticky spill. The on-site gym was clean, and all equipment worked. The apples and fruit infused water in the workout area was a nice touch. The additional spaces for sauna, shower, and sitting were well kept most of the time The breakfast buffet was also ok, but our first time there, we were not told that there were items we could order from the kitchen. We would not have returned if not for these items as the 23 euro price tag was expensive for the options provided. The area was also short staffed, and our food was delivered cold and forgotten due to this several times. We were a party of four, but the wait staff did not promptly provide additional settings for us (only two napkins/silverware were on the table). The second time, there was only one at a table for 4, and we waited even longer to get what we needed to eat. The location was also perfect.

Well located hotel in center. Decent size rooms. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Recommended but make.sure you lock your money and valuables in the safe at all times!

The room was ok (stuff like the shower gel was empty though), but the breakfast service was incredibly bad and the selection of food was very bad too.

Positives: Nice hotel worth of its 4 stars. Comfortable room, all amenities provided. Located in the middle of a very nice redeveloped shopping area, very close to public transportation. Neutral: In the lobby, we really struggled to hear the employee (who was very nice) at the front desk through the glass partition on the reception desks. Speaking louder or removing the glass would be helpful. The shower in the room had a glass wall facing the bed. This is fine for some people but we can imagine other situations where this might not be very comfortable. Negatives: none

Wow, absolutely lovely hotel. Clean and well-maintained. Front staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious and so fresh. They even had hot fried gluten-free buns for breakfast, which was a treat!

Central location and outstanding service. The staff was professional and helpful. We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and could not have hoped to stay in a better location in Mannheim: the hotel is truly in the centre of town! Amazing experience! Great location for shopping. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good. And the front desk ladies were very friendly and informative. The only 2 shortcomings were: 1) they advertise a sauna, which was much smaller and crowded than expected (unisex, and just an open-hallway-turn from the gym; saw a completed naked man while exiting the gym); 2) the people who serve breakfast seemed annoyed that they had to serve (i.e., bothered that they had to do their job).

Great reception, super clean and spacious room with even a small iron and ironing board! Very central with lots of shops in immediate vicinity. Only complain- lift is a pain to wait.

Two stars are still a lot ! Rooms with bugs, employees like a robots. Awful and sad. Ignore this hotel in Mannheim ! There are a lot of others hotel with better atmosphere and with a better and clean rooms.

This hotel is a ^must^ when in Mannheim. From the customer orientation of the reception area to the evening vibes of the roof top bar, this hotel ranks #1. Parking is available underneath, shopping and restaurants are right next door in the heart of this famous city. The great breakfast buffet with outdoor seating in the summer helps you start the day adequately. The gym is small but for 99% of fitness enthusiasts sufficient. Overall rating: 5 *

The best radisson ever I have stayed before. The staff is very kind and professional. You can reach all the highlights on foot from there. The breakfast was also very good, they slightly change the menu everyday, so you won’t get bored. Since the restaurant is on the top floor, the atmosphere is very good. You can select the energy saving program which gives you some awards.

A very nice hotel in the city center of Mannheim. You would rather think it is a 5 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. The people are friendly, rooms are clean. Nice breakfast. The only remark I can make is about the spa/wellness: a jacuzzi is missing.

Went here on the Roof Top bar with a friend. Quite nice romantic setting. Had Pisco Sour and Painkiller in a Mug. Both of them nice, more smooth than the real taste. Would recommend to folks to try out of you are out in Mannheim. Go for the outside seating.

Very comfortable and large rooms. The hotel is very modern and cosy. A very nice breakfast buffet to energize you for the day! Pity that the scramble eggs were cold, but nice selection of eggs on-demand!

The hotel is at perfect location, the city center. The rooms are okay size and good to accommodate two people. The food is good but it’s same manu for daily breakfast if you live more than a day.

Highly recommended for your stay in Mannheim. Room was very comfortable. Gym is excellent: spacious with nice views and clean and effective equipment. The rooftop bar was a pleasant spot for a casual cocktail and dinner. Located in the heart of the shopping district, it’s an easy walk to the University campus.

The room has a nice ambiance to it and it is air-conditioned. The breakfast bar items taste delicious, fully automatic espresso machine . The rooftop bar is a great experience to enjoy beer and good food with a view of Mannheim roofs. I highly recommend this hotel in the Mannheim squares walking area.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here at the Radisson Blu. We spent 90 days at the Radisson due to my husband’s job and highly recommend this hotel! Every staff employee we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, were delightful, always eager to help,and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel staff maintained a clean, sanitized facility at all times. Not to mention majority of the hotel employees spoke English. The hotel’s breakfast was absolutely delicious! With a huge variety of food to choose from, there was something for everyone! Our favorite was the fresh squeezed orange juice, omelettes, and Belgium waffles. Also located on the sixth floor of the hotel, was The Rooftop Bar. This restaurant offerers a gorgeous view of the city, the food is wonderful, and overall convenient for nights we did not want to leave the hotel for dinner. The hotel and parking were in an excellent central location. Within walking distance of a variety restaurants, shopping, fitness centers, and many tourist attractions. If you happen to visit Mannheim, make sure to stay at The Radisson Blu!

great selection for in room dining. the screen gives the option for ordering using the remote. it states pressing OK on the remote, which features no OK button 🤪 to get help you can use the phone on in the room. but there is no number attached of pre-dialed in the phone itself. so it’s a bit like an escape room: user needs to find the hidden clues to come up with a solution. the room has a great nook at the window. couple of pillows would make it actually nicer. I had a room with a full size bathtub. wifi ist stable and strong. the TV only offers a handful of english stations. that’s a bummer as the internet offers many other channels. so bring your phone or tablet breakfast costs extra and is worthwhile as it comes with a great variety there a two e-car charge stations on 3rd basement level. only two. but then germany is not as far developed with electric drives as other countries. time will tell

I travel a lot for work and I rarely see the level of customer service that I have received here. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. Ms Ann and Mr Florian have done a fanominal job with their staff and built a lasting impression with their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you are in Mannheim.

They have a great staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and modern with large bathrooms. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are both excellent.

Have been there multiple times for business trips. Nicely located close to the water tower multiple restaurants and evening locations are within foot walking distance. The rooms are quiet, and you get all the professional services of a hotel. Nice: You can park Your car in a large garage just below the hotel.

Before I mad my booking I called by phone and I asked specifically about the superior room bay window and they said it has a window and nice view. I did the booking and I traveled hour and half to the hotel, they gave me a room with a very bad view and without window, I asked to be changed, they gave a room which was very ugly and totally not like the website photos and has no window. I will attach the view from the second room, first one I didn’t made a photo. I have an injury with my hand and there is a bandage over it, no body asked if we can help to bring the luggage up to the room instead they gave me a very faraway room and I went up and down 2 times. Luckily my reservation has a cancellation, I went down and I canceled my reservation immediately and I went to another hotel. Very bad experience I had

First they gave my a cheaper room then I had booked. Then they gave me a room with a view to a blind wall. At 7.30 am they start with construction work and drilling in the walls. For 178 euro per night I expect better.
