Very poor service especially I you sit outside at the tables, the drinks were good but it took them forever to serve something as simple as a coke. Food took over 40 minutes, they didn’t apologise. If you don’t find anything else it could be good for drinks but not for food. Do not recommend

Customer service could be a better; asked about a price of a certain champagne and never came back with it; asked to check out but forgot about us for about 15 mins. If you're not a regular, stay clear of this place.

Bad Service, they tried to rip me off in the Happy Hour normally its 5,50 for each cocktail but they wanted the full price even when i was ordering during the time frame. Also they said it´s not possible to pay with any kind of card. Never again.

It always looked so nice as I passed by this place so I had to try it out. The service isn't great in my opinion. I'm a server myself so I don't like to criticise easily since I sympathise, but the excuses were quite lazy and the waitresses just couldn't be bother if you asked me. The food wasn't very flavourful either sadly. Don't think I'll come back here

Unfortunately the experience was not ok at all. And I am not only talking about the waiting time because maybe we just got the misfortune to have a slow and not organized waitress. I am also very disappointed with my White Russian cocktail that had a lot of ice and you could barely sense the alcohol, the coffee that was very weak and the Melon cocktail that also had lot of ice and juice like a long drink and not a cocktail with alcohol. It is unpleasant to have a drink and sense the watery taste. The adventure ended as it began. With a long wait for the check. I would give three stars but the food that we ordered was pretty good.

I visited the bar for pre-New Year's Eve cocktails, anticipating a delightful experience. However, my order of a Gin Fizz and a Moscow Mule resulted in disappointing variations and lacked flavor. The pricing also felt disproportionately high for the quality of the drinks.

We went in on a rainy Sunday at 6pm with no expectations and ordered a vegetarian burrito and a schnitzel to eat there. In addition we asked for take away pizza a chefs pasta and another schnitzel. Food was excellent with fresh ingredients and great flavours. The staff was lovely - thank you Nadia, will visit again.

Terrible cocktails. No alcohol inside, just a juice. And its impossible to pay with a card. I write 2 stars because of the staff. They were so nice

Not Cuban food, but very good. Staff was friendly and chicken Jäger schnitzel rocked!

This review is being written in 2021 and this place only accepts cash. Sad. Asked why they were not playing music and they said the internet wasn’t working. Again, it’s 2021. The bar tender could not figure out a tasty long island, moscow mule, or dark and stormy. Skip this place.

Clean and everything in its place. The workers are also nice and pleasant.🙌👌

The restaurant has a nicely lit environment.. their soup wasn't the best. I ordered a steak and got a completely different one after waiting for 45 minutes. And it still didn't taste good . The server wanted the cheque paid prior to getting my food. Overall, bad service and friendly staff.

We enjoyed a meal on the 16th of August 2023. The food was exceptional - especially the flammkuchen vegetarian. Stand out meal. I had the tuna salad which was also very good - particularly the dressing. The service was excellent and people went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would like to mention Armin and Nastja. Excellent service, great English and very helpful - a credit to the business. We recommend this restaurant.
