Classic American road cafe. It's very nicely decorated. I ate pork steak and I didn't like it very much. There is a wide variety of beers.

The food is great! Best Hamburger 🍔 ❤ The staff is so polite and sweet We had the Famous farm burger And the hot one with Jalapeño!!

We liked the atmosphere of the restaurant . The food was good. The burger had unequally distributed salt in the patty. Salty in general. It was well done on the edges and medium from within. The cesar salad was good but had too much sauce. Some of the chicken wings were cold from inside; especially the bones 😳 Milkshake was tasty . Service was really good 👍 Needs small touches to do better 👍

Bad service this time around. I had visited just 2years back with a group from the church. We really enjoyed the meals ,drinks,service etc. This memory I had..however what has changed? Detailed service: we are completely ignored for almost 15mins, the waiters didn't bother to offer meal suggestions , detailed information about what the customer needs etc. I saw 2customers being served wrong meals!. Our ordered steak burgers came out worst, we had to send back to the kitchen. The cocktails here are still 👌 sitting outside at the balcony is best.

We were 2 persons and we got our orders with mistakes even the drinks I got a different drink than what I have ordered. I got Alcoholic drink by mistake! The food’s taste is ok … basically we have had much much better food in other places

As an American we were hoping to taste some food similar to at home while on vacation. Big mistake. The food tasted like garbage. Burgers were so greasy the buns were already soggy before I had a bite. The salad was drenched in ranch making it inedible. The cheese fries were barely lukewarm with unmelted cheese we had to send it back. It was ridiculously overpriced. The beer was good though, one star for the beer. Zero stars for the food and less then mediocre service.

Friendly staff, delicious food, great drinks, fast delivery. If you're looking for American food and beverages, this is definitely the place to go.

So far the best burger what I had in Germany. The taste of the burger, fries, coleslaw and also the pancake were 10/10. The place is very nice, clean, the staff is friendly. They have a special burger which is not on the menu, next time I will try that too! Also the place offers a cool "feature", that you can watch how your burger is prepared through a window directly to the kitchen! I wish to this place the best in the future! A bit pricy, but worth trying. It is virtually impossible to get a table without reservation. The cheesy bomb could have some more cheese considering its name since it didn’t flow as mich as expected. The sweet potato fries were amazing with a nice portion. I really enjoyed their home-made lemonade. I would definitely visit again :)

Food between 2 and 3 stars. Maybe 4 for very few dishes.. Service ok. Depends who serves u. But better than Mandies for sure

Great place and great location centrally located in Heidelberg Germany. Food brings back such great memories from the United States with the burgers and chicken wings, the cocktails are wonderful and the services excellent

Pretty good food at fair value. Portion sizes are okay. The homemade lemonade stood out. The rootbeer float is a rare find on a menu in Germany.

Took my husband here for his Birthday to bring back memories and it did. Staff are friendly,food and drinks are your typical American portions. Only think for us the chicken tenders and coleslaw needed salt (as if they forgot to add to the batch) but once added woohoo it was good. Definitely coming again for Happy Hour

Good service and decent food. Club sandwich and fries were good but milkshakes are terrible and watery despite the high price. There weren't a lot of staff but they worked hard so we got food in a reasonable amount of time. Half of the booth seats have holes or rips in the cushions. Metal springs stick out a little. Not sure why this hasn't been fixed, but it made for uncomfortable seats. Also not much light in the restaurant even during the day. If they fix these issues I think it would be a much better place.

Ordered twice from this restaurant during our stay in Heidelberg. First time we ordered to go and second time ordered through uber eats. First time we ordered pancakes and a burger. It wasn't special but I really wanted to try their ribs and shakes. So we intended to still go back unfortunately due to the weather and since we were tired from travels, we opted for delivery. Food arrived cold and we couldn't bear to eat the steakhouse fries and cheese fries. The cheese fries were so cold that the cheese basically glued everything together. Milkshakes had too much whipped cream and tasted simply like syrup mixed in milk. Burger was mediocre, but giving a 2 stars for food because the ribs were actually good. Of everything we had from them, only the ribs were decent.

Decent "American style" food. The burger was delicious enough to entice me to return.

Nice bowling place along with good choices of drinks and food …see if you can go with non marking shoes so that you don’t need to rent them ..can save few cents 😍

I have problem with the parking lot ticket and they help me to solve it .. thank you for the respect and friendly contact .. sure I will come back again with my wife and friends I will take care of the parking ticket this time ..

To be really honest, this place was better... We tried the chicken tender as starters: The breading was good, thin airy and crispy. The chicken itself was not that good as it was not very tender and not seasoned at all. For the main dishes, we took the bbq burger and the bbq pork ribs. The burger was good, the patty tender, well seasoned and thick. The bun were soft and fresh. We had nothing to critisize really. As for the pork ribs, its unfortunately was gave us the impression that the place was better.. The meat was not tender, you had to cut between each rib to be able to eat as the meat was still stiff and a bit dry! The bbq sauce was okay, it rescued the dish. As for the coleslaw and fries on the side, delicious as usual. Dessert: brownies Really big portion for the price, you get 2 brownie slabs with 2 scoops of vanilla icecream and a lot of whipped cream on the side. The brownie was fudgy and rich in taste, the vanilla icecream milky and creamy, i would rather skip on the sprinkles on top as they added an unnecessary crunch to the whole thing

We came here looking for a steak and they delivered, the milkshake as a dessert was also on point! Great time, will definitely come again for that Sirloin! Best part was they had air-conditioning!

Good location, delicious burgers! However, they don’t even have Mac&cheese, so I don’t know why they are listed as an American diner. Menu in general could be improved, there aren’t many options

I just had a desert from there.. apple pie with ice cream.. ooo it was heavenly.. my friends had different veriety of burgers and they were all good.. price is reasonable considering they are located in Heidelberg.. service is fast.. also the mango maracuja ice tea i had was not just yellow colour water and sugar syrup like how some restaurants serve but was tasty..

Food is good. Milk shakes are great. Service is hit or miss. This is an area problem. They have about 7 tables for outdoor seating.
