The waitstaff were quite unfriendly. We were two people and we ordered a starter plate (#9) to share and two main dished which we also wanted to share. The waiter was quite confused and when we asked if we can share he thought about it and then said „you can do whatever you want“.The starter was really good, it was 4 different dishes to try. The main dishes were not so good. The grilled chicken (#71) was alright, but quite salty and a bit dry. However with the accompanying sauce it was ok. The dish with lamb and eggplant (#83) had an odd flavour. It tasted lemony to a point that it reminded us a bit of cleaning products. When we asked for the menu in order to order a dessert, the server looked at his watched and said „you have to really hurry with your order, the kitchen closes in 35 minutes!“ We were surprised since nobody had informed us about that. We ordered the dessert with the rose sorbet and glass noodle ice cream with lime juice (#112). This dish is not recommendable! The flavour was too sweet when there was flavour and the glass noodle ice cream had a hard and squishy consistency. As drinks we ordered the Persian specialty „pomegranate drink“ which was just a normal juice. When we went to pay, we were quite unhappy with the food and service and therefore did not want to give a large tip. When the waiter heard the amount we would like to pay he let out an annoyed sigh. All in all we were unhappy with the service and the food.

Absolutely perfect. The food was amazing. This restaurant gets my Persian seal of approval 🤣🤣 the garden is also beautiful and I would totally recommend this place.

We chose Bustan as per recommendation of my very good friend, who I actually went there with. We ordered a starter for two and it was great, some persian specialities. The meat was well made and the sauce good, but I think that this place is a bit overpriced for what it serves. Nevertheless, the food was still worth trying.

I went to every Persian restaurant in Germany, and this one is the best! Can’t wait to come here again and try other dishes. We didn’t reserved a table, but we got one. The waiter informed us in the beginning we have time until 5 p.m., he was very friendly and polite. The stuff in general was super polite and friendly, even with my funny Persian. The waitress was also polite and friendly, she also informed us when we get the Platte with veggies and bread we will be full before the food comes and it we still want it ( it is included in the price - you really get full so we didn’t take it) We ordered Kaban Kubideh and Kabab Barg. It was super delicious, it immediately reminded me of Iran. Super juicy, you could taste the grill taste. Absolutely mouthwatering. I would totally recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to go here with my in laws. P.a the portions are big ( I couldn’t finish my plate and had today the left over for my lunch - because the meat was so juicy it didn’t turned into a stone when I warmed it up)

Chicken and lamb skewers were delicious. The saffron rice too had an amazing aroma and taste. Do try the orange cake too

I was staying in the area about to go to Oktoberfest and searched Google for the closest restaurant. I am so glad I happened upon this gem 💎 The service was great, even better when they automatically give you an menu in English without having to ask. The wait staff came by several times to make sure everything was ok. I know that's not the norm in Germany. This American definitely appreciated it. The most important thing is the food was amazing.

Lovely atmosphere with fresh ingredients. Everything clean and fresh. Great portion sizes. My only disappointment was the lamb shank which, although huge, was rather bland. I had to add salt which I rarely do. Some may prefer just the flavour of the lamb by itself but I’m not keen on that alone. Great gin and tonic which was a perfect mix and fair price.

Juicy, well cooked meat is unbeatable! We were a bit skeptical after getting seated at an old worn down table with benches. However, the food became a pleasent suprise with lovely tastes and a great complementing sauce. I recommend selecting mango sauce. Decent baklava for dessert, but the safran icecream was horrendous. The ice cream was crystallized and had a bad aftertaste. Service nothing more that decent.

Amazing mouth watering food, a really good place to settle your meat cravings. My first time trying persian food, and I loved every bit if it. They have huge serving sizes so make sure you go with an empty stomach. The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing!

A Family owned clean, traditional Persian Restaurant. A must have try food experience. Pls do not order too much at the first place. Portions are big. :)

Delicious fesen jan, it was not too sweet, which made it more complex and rich in flavor. They choose to leave the walnuts slightly more coarsely grounded and that adds body to the sauce. Jujeh kebab was also delicious, really well marinated. We dined outside and it was very pleasant.

The food is very tasty and delicious. But the service could be better. So I only could give 3 stars, cause as important the food is so is the service too.

We ordered chenje, kubideh and djodje kebabs. All the foods were delicious with high quality. However, the service was very slow. It took almost 2 hours to prepare the food. That was a bit of disappointment.
