Arrived late around 20:30 for some hamburgers with some colleagues. Fries were cold, they served the top of the tomato with the rine to my collegue. After asking to heat up the fries in the fryer it took approximately 45mins to do so (yes, I received the same batch of fries just alittle brunt) We ordered beer for our drink unfortunately we could only order four since that was all they had cold. The workers were unmotivated, unapologetic. Conclusion: don't waste your money here if you are looking to grab a tasty burger, overrated

Very cozy restaurant with very delicious burgers. We went there without reservation but they managed to get us a table. So it would be better if you do a reservation before going there. The personal is very friendly and the place is clean and beautiful. It’s a little bit expensive but it’s worth trying. We would recommend it.

Jamy‘s is a nicely decorated place in the heart of Mannheim. It is nice to sit inside and outside. Unfortunately, I wasn‘t really happy with how the prices work, for example you have to pay 1€ extra if you want a softdrink instead of a lemonade in your menu. Or they wanted to charge me extra because I wanted sour cream to my fries instead of cocktail sauce. I don‘t want to pay extra for different flavors. I ordered a double burger with bacon and barbecue sauce, the extra patty cost 3,50€. The burgers taste was a bit odd, I suspect the meat was sitting in the kitchen for a while. It was grilled thoroughly and became crisp which I don‘t prefer. The fries and the lemonade were good. Staff was okay. Overall, I would prefer other burger restaurants in the future.

The quality of the burger went down by the years and the prices went up. I don’t finde the prices are justified at all anymore compared to the quality and services. Unfortunately due to the changes that happened here I am no longer drooping Jamy’s burger visits in Mannheim. I am really sad as they were the best burger in the town.

We waited for almost 1.5 hours for 2 burgers. After 1.5 hours, they said they started to cook but have no fries. The restaurant was only half full. Unbelievable. And the burgers are 17.90€???

It deserves 100000⭐️ the best burgers and fries I have ever tried. They serve really big portions. The place is decorated super pretty and gives a really warm welcoming atmosphere. The people here are super nice and kind, always giving the best☺️ I recommend the Truffle Parmesano fries, they were amazing😋

We were visiting from London and we wanted to make a birthday surprise for a friend of ours who lives in the city. I looked online for a burger place and I found this restaurant. Alex works there and he was a nice guy, considering and helpful in setting up the surprise for our friend. The burger was nice but I still prefer my Irish Bunsen burger. The place was clean and lovely. The put off was the chief who refused to help in presenting the birthday cake that we brought with us with candles and refused we have it after our dinner. We ordered burger chips drink and coffee we wanted to have a birthday cake. To be honest I don’t eat cakes often it was just for our friend birthday, but it seems either culturally they are not like London and they don’t get the concept of such an event. I don’t know but it was very disappointing. So he gave us back the cake without candles. He took our candles or lost them which is not nice either. Service I give 5 starts to Alex Atmosphere I give 2 for the atmosphere the chief created.

The location is convenient, however, the seating outside is limited. The burger itself was good, but the price is a bit high in my opinion. The fries were nothing special, reminded me of McDonald's ones. The drinks variety isn't too big and i wasn't impressed by their homemade limo.

Nice burger options and really tasty! The staff is not as friendly as i would expect/like and the drinks are not always available (i still could not understand the logic behind it). It is a little bit expensive, therefore I personally don’t go very often, as i believe there other burger places in the city with better cost-benefit.

Was looking for a new place to try eating burgers and got recommended Jamy's. I must say, it was an awesome experience all around! We got seated by a super kind waitress. Always had a smile, explained the menu thoroughly. Natalie made the experience all in all very nice! Same goes for the owner, very professional appearance and very attentive. As for the food, I have nothing but praise to give! The salad was fresh, patty was grilled perfectly and the fries were solid too. I had the Redhead and Sourbacon Fries. As for drinks I had one of their homemade lemonade which paired very nicely with the food. Location is nice, though it can get quite crowded towards the evening. Booking a table might be a good idea in my opinion. Will definitely come again!

I'm a New Yorker living in Germany, with that being said: I went for there Grand Opening weekend in Mannheim the service was not great but was okay. Since it was the Grand opening that can be understandable with employees being confused. I have been to many burger places in Germany and the burger was okay. The beef used was definitely really good. I also ordered fries and unfortunately they were overcooked. I would go back just for a burger.

A good burger shop located in Mannheim. The ambience was good. Not too crowded. The service was really quick (less than 10 minutes after order). They have a large variety of burgers, salad bowls, fries and drinks. Priced reasonably. The chicken avocado trip and jamy's classic burgers were delicious. The potato and the sweet potato fries were crispy and flavourful. The house made lemon mint lemonade was tasty.

We got the falafel and cheese explosion burgers - SO GOOD! They add lime in the water and it definitely adds something extra, plus our server was really nice (I didn't catch his name). The atmosphere is really cool, I like all the green hanging from the ceiling - it gives the restaurant a calm vibe imo

The truffle burger is the most delicious I have ever tasted in my life, I am from Spain and I could say that I have not found such a good one in my country. Everything is very high quality, and the potatoes are very good, I recommend the truffle sauce. Literally is my favorite restaurant in Germany.
