The vibes and atmosphere are very good like small vacation in island beach restaurant in thailand to make any conversations more tasty even food is not served :) Cuisine is just beyond our expectations as i am also thai and i can say this kind of food taste and style taste are very authentic and unique in Mannheim like here is more than just Thai restaurant but here you can feel the sincere friendliness from all team (and especially very casual at the bar ) 5 stars recommendations from Touch Of Ocean - Massage & Meditation Mannheim

It's Chinese food with a touch of coconut milk, not authentic Thai cuisine. The interior, however, is very Thai and clean. Basically a long run not updated family restaurant to accomodate the local diners of that generation. The missing things that other reviewers mentioned below are spiciness, sourness, herbs (lemongrass and Thai basilicum are essential element) and Thai dessert. A pot of tea cost 7.80 eu, which came with teabag was a real dissappointment. Desserts are fried banana and all type of syrup: not Thai coconut milk dessert. The crispy duck is tasty, but same as the Asian/Vietnamese Imbiss in Germany. Again, a basic dish Tom Kha Kai was sweet/salty but not spicy/sour. Generally, all the dishes are lacking of aromatics. Both owners are friendly. A rushing pace with sigh was constantly heard behind me.

The service is good, clean bathroom and very great atmosphere. The starter and rice were also good The thai curry were unfortunately the worst I have had in my life. The green curry tasted weird and red curry tasted like nothing. The crispy duck made no sense actually. How can that go wrong. Maybe I went on a bad day but wasnt impressed

Service is excellent from the friendly staff and the whole interior looks great. However, the food does not taste as authentic as hoped for. The Tom yam soup was salty with little to no zesty taste. The pad thai was sweet only, again not zesty nor sour nor hearty. The duck was served theatrically in flaming tin foil, but the meat was very dry as if it was fried or oven baked way too long. If you love great atmosphere and don't really care about details on the food, then this restaurant might be your cup of tea.

Average Thai food. The cocktails here were terrible. The staff was helpful and courteous.

As others mentioned, place is well decorated and the staff are very nice -- but the food is a poorly localized version of authentic Thai food. Quality of ingredients did not match the price.

Some staff was really unfriendly, I seen one staff member mock another customer after walking away from their table. Very unprofessional. I will not come back based on that alone. The barkeeper (maybe the owner?) was friendly though. Food was okay but took over an hour after ordering.

The food taste not that much authentic. We have ordered Kapao-Nua, Namtok Gai, and some appetizers. Overall, we really enjoy the appetizers especially Gung Satay.

Tasty food and good service. We were a table of 15, that's is a lot of people. The staff was working hard to meet the orders, and kept their friendliness also at tough times (-: Food was good, not spicy as traditional thai but still tasty.

We called around 2pm before coming in because we were a large group and knew they were closing at 3pm. They were ok for us to come in. Once we got there our whole experience felt more than rushed, we did not feel welcomed and were reminded several times that the kitchen is closing. In my opinion, once you let your customer in, you have to treat them with respect. The staff (except one waitress) was very unfriendly. The food was ok, nothing special, not bad either. However, it just didn’t taste right for us due to the overall experience. Later we also realized that there were two other tables still dining there and we did not feel like they were rushed in the same way- so that added to our bad experience. I cannot recommend this place and we will for sure not be back. Hope the owner will reflect her behavior and staff behavior based on this review

Average Thai Style Restaurant. Unfortunately they are not very knowledegable about vegan / vegetarian food. Some if their 'vegetarian' items contain fish sauce. When requesting a different sauce they only offered soy sauce as alternative. I don't recommend this place. There are better competitors in Mannheim...

Worst tom yam soup ever eaten in my life.

My ordering food was delicious with reasonable prices. I went there alone in late evening, around 9pm, and almost of the tables were already full. But they made a table for me and brought me delicious food in very soon. The crispy duck was crispy enough, and the curry sauce was great balanced. The rice is included by all of menus and will be served in extra warm pot. I could enjoy them warm till the end of my meal.
