Worst experience ever. On the maps it says that the shop is open till 09:00pm. I went there around 08:45 and the employee told me that they only have filet or steaks left. Everything else is finished. Why is the opening time written 09:00pm when everything is finished at 08:45? Still, I asked her I will buy the filet menu. There were two option. 1. Buy 4 pieces for 3.7 euro 2. Buy 6 pieces for 5 euro First, I asked her for the 3.7 euro menu when I was about to buy I asked her that I changed my mind and I would like to buy the 5 euro menu instead of this one. Instead of making the change she started saying that first you asked for 3.7 euro menu. I told that yes but now I have changed my mind and I want to buy the other menu and suddenly she started being rude. So I asked her to cancel my order and suddenly she was so angry that she started shouting. This is the first time I have had such experience where you can not make changes to your order. Never coming back here again.

Yesterday I ordered spicy tokyo and to my surprise the chicken was not even warm... Looked like a day old.. Not recommended

Halal fast-food restaurant with main orientation to chicken meals. We ordered the crunchy burger with menu. It tastes very good only the portions could be bigger in our opinion. Also the organization of the staff needs improvement.

Best place ! The location of this place is right in middle of the city center. Quick bites, breakfast and whole meal options are also available. If you are a fan of fried chicken, this is your place. They have many options from chicken Donner till fried box ( Fries with chicken wings or chicken breast ). Prices are very affordable and worth your money. The entrance is not accessible or even the first floor. ♿️⛔️

Worst experience in all of Mannheim. Not recommended at all. We were two and ordered a Marrakech meal and a wings meal. The chicken is completely burnt and has a very unpleasant smell and the oil used has a bad taste. In my opinion, it is not suitable for human consumption.

Food is mostly tasty after several visits and reasonably priced compared to other fast-food chain restaurants in the city. It’s also halal-friendly. But why it’s two stars is down to two stars are two reasons: 1. Customer experience is quite awful and feels like they are too lazy to answer a basic question. 2. It’s unforgivable for a big chain to not be able to offer various payments such as EC/Mobile Payments/CC. Just sort it out please.

They have good Chicken wraps and doner, I believe you can try and definitely you like or at least don't regrate! :-)

This place was worth the journey to Germany. Will definitely revisit when I’m back in the country

Located at a prime location right next to the marketplatz tram stop .the staff are Polite and friendly .it's quite expensive compared to the Turkish eateries.

The atmosphere is quite nice minus the torn faux leather on the sofas. The food tasted good, could have been better. We ordered a burger meal with Fries, coke and chicken strips. Our food was cold. They had pre-fried the chicken which might have been sitting on the warm shelf for too long which dried the chicken out. Our burger was replaced when we claimed it was cold. The staff was very helpful. We would be back if they agree to fry our chicken fresh and serve us hot meals.

It was a bad user experience, generally speaking. Definitely not recommended. Disorganized process for taking orders with an unnecessary permanent long waiting line, obstructing the single pathway for get in/out the place. The quality of the food for a 20 euros menu was way below any average standard. Heavily fatty and undercooked. I encourage the restaurant for improving.

The tasty is amazing and the decor is perfect cozy atmosphere and the best part is there is a playroom for children so you can eat in peace ;)

The food is always delicious, however, today was the 3rd time where my oder was incomplete. If you oder take away food, please confim that everything is packed before you leave.

Mr.Chicken was good resturant and the price are also fine but last three time i reuqest the staff to fry a new chicken as they were selling refry chicken but they said that they will not fry a fresh chicken for me . Sad but truth . I do not recommend it .
