Was here as part of a business lunch with international guests. What is very positive is that the card is bilingual (English and German). Excellent cuisine and very nice ambience. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Very clear recommendation.

This is a 5 star breakfast dining restaurant. Excellent 👩‍🍳 🍳 👨‍🍳 and waite staff that cater to your nutrition needs and answer questions about what's available to help you start your business, vacation or just your day. The spread is Awesome, so come and order or serve yourself to the buffet style layout, sit in the comfortable chairs, gaze out the huge picture windows overlooking the city and step on to the balcony to enjoy your favorite 🚬 smoke to top off a good meal. I am speaking from experience, I eat here every morning and it's just as great today as it will be when you come try it out for yourself.

Been there again for a business meeting. Both the breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good, and we had both a la carte and buffet food. I and our customers always enjoyed it very much. The outdoor area is very good, the view of the water tower is very beautiful. Generally a very nice atmosphere and very stylish design. Definitely more of an upscale restaurant. The waitresses were always friendly.

Overall this was a really nice place. Very elegant yet still simple with a touch of class and a 5star service. Food was good and price was fair. To enjoy this place to it's full potentials you must eat outside, if weather permitting.

In my experience the price is not justified by the menu options, quality of food or drinks or profesionalism of the staff. It's a nice place, with great calm setting, and staff is friendly but is by far overpriced. Few dinner options, not overly large portions or superb quality to justify them. Would probably give it a 4th start if it was reasonably priced.

Real secret tip! High level at good prices. Very subtle atmosphere with a view over Mannheim. Super delicious food too!

Kitchen excellent, service very attentive and extremely friendly. We can fully recommend this hotel and its gastronomic outlets. The bar on the 6th floor is sensational. Very good and selected bar menu.
