Staff

This
McDonald's
Location!
I
feel
compelled
to
share
a
disconcerting
experience
I
had
at
this
McDonald's,
which
has
significantly
altered
my
perception
of
their
customer
service.
As
a
frequent
visitor,
I've
repeatedly
observed
a
particular
staff
member,
a
Southern
European
lady,
about
160
cm
tall,
who
consistently
exhibits
extremely
rude
behavior
towards
both
customers
and
her
colleagues.
Her
demeanor
always
seems
confrontational,
negatively
impacting
the
ambiance
of
the
place.
My
recent
visit
was
particularly
distressing.
I
handed
over
a
50
Euro
note,
but
she
wrongly
accused
me
of
giving
just
10
Euros.
Considering
I
never
carry
10
Euro
notes
and
had
recently
filled
my
wallet
with
150
Euros,
her
accusation
was
not
only
baseless
but
also
quite
upsetting.
When
I
politely
suggested
verifying
the
register
for
any
extra
cash
later,
she,
known
for
her
loud
and
disrespectful
manner,
addressed
me
in
an
informal
and
inappropriate
manner,
despite
my
requests
for
a
formal
interaction.
The
situation
worsened
when
her
supervisor,
displaying
similar
discourtesy,
refused
to
help
resolve
the
issue.
Their
combined
unprofessionalism,
including
the
supervisor's
refusal
to
provide
her
name,
left
me
feeling
utterly
disregarded
and
disrespected.
It's
disheartening
to
see
such
behavior
overlooked
by
management,
who
seem
more
amused
than
concerned
with
maintaining
a
respectful
environment.
I
have
since
contacted
McDonald's
headquarters,
and
they
have
informed
me
that
my
complaint
has
been
forwarded
to
the
franchise
owner.
I
am
keen
to
see
how
McDonald's
addresses
this
issue.
Because
of
this
incident,
I
have
decided
never
to
return
to
this
McDonald's
and
cannot
recommend
it
to
others.
The
lack
of
basic
courtesy
and
professionalism
at
this
location
is
deeply
disappointing,
and
I
hope
my
feedback
spurs
necessary
changes
in
staff
behavior
and
managerial
oversight.
