A cozy restaurant with inner yard and many many question marks… Our experience was really disappointing due to both service and food. The orders took really long (around 70 minutes to get main courses) and when we asked, the waiter replied that we should’ve ordered starters - that was really weird. Another mess-up happened with the menu items we ordered: 2 mistakes - that is, one drink and one main that we never ordered. On top, it took another 10 minutes to wait for the correction. The portions size for both starters and mains is rather a tapas size. Also the dishes that we got were rather a matter of taste. Quite a disappointing experience.

Definitely an interesting nice little gem to know. I got vegan mini tacos and they were absolutely out of this world delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. They kinda messed up with the order, giving another dish I never ordered but it ended up being for free and it was super delicious too so it worked out but I kinda feel bad for them. Super amazing restaurant with Asian and Italian cuisine it seems so really interesting and a nice mix of both cultures and food. Prices are a tiny bit on the higher side but fair for the quality you receive. I would always come back and can only say positive things about this and highly recommend going there!!! 5/5

Amazing little place in Manheim!!! The service was outstanding and the food was GREAT! The host spoke perfect English which was very appreciated and they take cards and cash. We had the Eggs Benedict and the Ham and cheese sandwich. Both were on fresh (toasted) bread. It looks like their menu changes regularly so check in and see what's cooking!

Love this place! The food and service are absolutely incredible 10/10! Mindblowing Arancini and Wantan-mini-Tacos! We went there for a team dinner and it was just perfect! Highly recommend visiting this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful and cozy interior design. It is one of the best brunch/breakfast you can have in Mannheim. The menu is very good and prices are affordable. The staff made our time even nicer! They are very friendly and professional ! They have a really good terrasse when the weather is good.

The Salmon Risotto (tapioca (sago rice) instead of rice) was really quite adventurous. At first I had my reservation replacing sago rice since where I come from, the sago is traditionally made for dessert soup à la Bubur-Chacha... but it turns out rather well. The texture works surprisingly well and the dish itself was creamy with side prologue of mushroom. Moreover, Salmon was moist and the skin was crispy! For dessert our Matcha Tira(mie)su, though tasty by its own right, doesn't really shine "matcha" as it was merely the matcha powder. Overall, I love what I had there and am excited to see what they will "cook up" next, pun intended.

Superb breakfast and brunch menu with lots of savory and sweet options! We were pleasently surprised by the portion sizes and great tastes. Attentive service even during busy hours. An absolute recommendation in Mannheim! We had the French toast and Eggs Benedict. Estimate 15-25 EUR per person

I really like this spot for brunches as the food is a bit different from other places and the cafe itself has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the staff is not the fastest and every time I visited (5 times so far) something was forgotten or food arrived at different times. Also it took always quite long until the food arrived (approx 45 mins). It you’re busy chatting with your friends it is not a problem.

Very aesthetic fusion place, we booked a reservation like a couple days in advance as it was a weekend and they were full full had a 5-10 min wait time but the food truly was so delicious, I think we'll be back or dinner sometime

Delicious brunch spot👌🏼 The waiter is super friendly and he recommended us the combined dish of eggs Benedict with sweet French toast and an orange juice. All was homemade and very tasty!! They even have homemade ice tea ✨

This shop has to be one of Mannheim's little hidden gems. It may not seem a lot outside but it's a totally different world once you come in, specially during summertime. The rustic interior and laid back vibe add flavor to the dining experience. The food is topnotch. I think the word is already out, they have arguably the best french toast in the city. Wait staff may be limited but are attentive to your needs. Food service may take around 30-45 minutes which in my opinion is not too bad. I've waited 1.5 hours for a sushi before. 😝

I’ve eaten here several times and I can recommend their breakfast. The coffee and juice they serve tastes good and their offers for breakfast are varied. This time I had the kimchi eggs benedict, which was very well done. The kimchi was not too strong and didn’t overpower the other elements.

food at Mie house was delicious even though the quantity was small. The martinis tasty. Service was also good. The 3 Stars are for the poor reservation planning. We arrived at 6 pm (with a reservation) and were asked to leave at 8pm. We were going to order a second round of drinks and were told to drink it at the bar instead, but to please vacate the table. Are you serious? Having dinner with 6 people takes at least 2.5 hours and Saturday night plans usually last long. I was out to have fun and relax, not eat as quickly as I can to vacate a table because of your poor planning. Disappointed!

Absolutely delicious breakfast/brunch. Stopped in on a drive to Rotenberg. Our waitress was so sweet a day spoke impeccable English. Our 4 year old was throwing a bit of a crying fit and she brought her a stuffed animal. My kids had the carrot cake, acai bowl, and eggs Benedict, all delicious. My husband and I shared the MiE Deluxe which comes with a bit of everything, best eggs I have ever eaten (parmesean truffle) and the crossing was fresh and delicious. It also came with a glass of prosecco and fresh squeezed juice, great value. You won't be disappointed!

Been here for dinner, came back for brunch eventually. Full marks for food! The garden seating is nice and cozy as well, and friendly folks work here :) highly recommended! Especially kimchi eggs benedict and the korean steak sandwich.

The food was epic and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Service was friendly and accommodating. I’ve been a few times and have had a consistently good experience. Looking forward to going again in the future.

Great experience, great food, great hosting. This cozy restaurant has left the best impression! Hospitable hosts, great service, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. I recommend it to everyone! We celebrated our daughter´s birthday party and was just awesome. A big thank you to all in Mie House, they make all the difference on this special day for us.

Snobby personel that day, not even a glance of a smile, and a had to pay for a slice of bread with meat on it 23 euros. And the yard outside wasn't something special ,more claustrophobic. A shame really because the place is really cute inside, a little alternative, but it takes itself too seriously.

Beautiful decor, extremely delicious food, clam ambience and friendly staff. A truly lovely place to brunch/breakfast.

Very nice food, full of different cultures and fusions, rich in tastes but kept in total simplicity! It totally represents the multicultural energy of the staff and the many travels they did. Their breakfast offer is absolutely stunning too. The service is very cozy and friendly, the two owners really managed to make you feel welcome and a bit like at home. This is of course without mentioning the decor! This type of places with an inside garden, in the middle of the city is an absolute catch! You can relax, enjoy a drink, or food, outdoor without all the street noises and smells. The decoration is, as for the food, a testimony of their many travels: a sweet mix of modern furnitures, travel relics and kitch items like the 3D printed MIE bear! But everything mixed with the best of tastes. Another +point are the nightlife events organised (at least before corona), worth following their different social media not to miss it. Definitely our go to place when we are in a city rush and seek some peace during the day or want a meet and drink (with luck, dance on some techno) in the evening.

Very nice/ friendly staff. Food is tasty and fresh. A little pricy compared to other local restaurants but still great value for money. Booking a table is recommended during the weekends.

Truly wonderful chef. I have ate in here once with a warm pleasant atmosphere. Ordered from here during pandemic for grade A food with fast delivery thanks. Update: a beer was forgotten with my breakfast but because it was so delicious it was totally forgotten. The delivery guy came back to my surprise with a cold peroni. Brilliant.

Great food with fresh and local ingredients. The atmosphere is incredible! Can recommend for a cozy lunch or a romantic evening. The owners are fabulous and warm!

Excellent food, amazing products and a great wine list. The chef and his team are so kind and caring. If something is not to your taste, just engage in a conversation. They let you taste your wines before pouring the whole glass. They're just amazing

Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or just drinks - as a regular I want to highly recommend this place. I just explored the new menu and I'm totally blown away by the 'tuna watermelon tartare' and the 'juicy beef'. Always a pleasure to be your guest and thanks for raising the bar here in town!
