Lovely place, with great river views and parc. Great, rustic outdoor seating. Decent food selection. Try the Bratwurst.... delicious!

Met some friends for dinner and got to enjoy the sunset on the Rhine. The setting near the river is so lovely and if the weather is good, there’s an outdoor seating area. I ordered mussels in wine sauce from the North Sea while my friends ate the blood sausage. The restaurant is very large and there’s even a big bar in the room. It’s also very cosy and has a romantic setting because of the location and views of the Rhine. The restroom could use more rigorous cleaning. Overall, a lovely restaurant for lunch or dinner while watching boats, barges go by...

It is always a pleasure coming here. One of Mannheim most beautiful places. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. A variety of international and German dishes. Parking available right next to the Resturant. Happy to sit outside in the summer and next to the fireplace in the winter

Very nice place by the Rhein river in Mannheim. It has options for everyone in the menu and the service is adequate and efficient. They also have a great selection of beers - although I do'nt drink very much - and the peace of the river makes every lunch (or dinner) a pleasure event.

Great views of the Rhine. And a good menu to choose from to enjoy next to the Rhine. Outdoor seating is worth it but the restaurant inside is also very impressive.

Sat by a fire after a long day of walking around. The service was great and ultra accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and overall experience!

We were very surprised by this place. Location was a but odd to find as its not near any major road but it is right by the riverbank eith lofs if green areas around. In summer is just fantastic. The place itself is huge, able to accommodate 100+ guests although some areas are closed at times, understandably so. A great place to organize a party. The service was capable, friendly, quick and helpful. The food was delicious with a very wide range of choices. The prices were on average or slightly above average but the quality of the food was completely worth it. Menu focuses mostly on german cuisine, so it's a great place to take visitors. All in all a great experience and definitely a place to visit if you are in the area and have the opportunity to do so; especially in the summer.

The food was really great. Our server was very sweet and friendly. While the prices were a little bit higher than most other places, the view and atmosphere are well worth it!

The "Rheinterrassen" restaurant is located in a park on the banks of the Rhine near the Mannheim train station. The staff is attentive and the kitchen is good. From the inside of the restaurant you have a great view of the park and the Rhine. There is a great outside terrace.

The food was acceptable although the dessert, the apple pie, was impossible to eat because of the relic it represented. Exaggerated prices for the quality and they even charged us €2 for 4g. of grated cheese for the pasta... Never again

Alsatian FLAMMKUCHEN is delicious! But please, GALETTES BRETONNES is more for salted dishes than desserts. In France, we usually serve the white one for dessert not the galette ! And all pancakes in restaurants ( included galette bretonne) are served warm not cold! This is the reason why we go to restaurant: to eat warm galette/ French pancakes! Eating cold galette in a restaurant is like eating cold FLAMMKUCHEN or cold pizza! My ship had a stop in Mannheim, I told my workmates to go for the FLAMMKUCHEN but not for the French galette dessert ! I’ll come back to try the crème brûlée which is French! Nice Location. Food good, but a bit pricy. Service slow, not really attentive nor friendly (with the exception of one lady, but she serviced us only at the end).

Great food and atmosphere with gardens and view to the river.

Delicious food and good service. The atmosphere is wonderful; we sat outside by the River and relaxed with a cold beer.

Great atmosphere and great fish and chips and schnitzel!! Of course the beer is good too. Friendly staff. Go check it out!
