My
first
review
wasn't
published
for
some
reason
and
I
won't
be
lazy
to
write
it
again.
A
week
ago,
my
young
family
and
I
weren't
able
to
get
into
the
hotel
at
all,
although
we
had
room
reserved
and
confirmed
through
booking.com.
We
arrived
later
than
expected
at
Ibis,
so
the
reception
was
closed
at
the
time.
It
was
impossible
to
contact
their
team
or
anyone
else
who
could
possibly
help
help
us
in
that
situation.
We
were
desperate.
The
confirmation
number
was
showing
faulty
and
we
had
no
choice
but
to
book
the
room
for
the
night,
again.
The
following
morning,
I
made
a
big
fuss
about
it
but
the
lady
at
the
reception
was
assuring
me
that
no
booking
was
made
on
my
name
through
booking.
com
and
that
no
extra
money
was
taken
from
my
credit
card.
She
was
all
sweet
and
bubbly,
asking
me
to
pay
an
extra
€12
for
other
adult
person
per
night.
That
have
blown
my
mind
completely.
And
I
had
no
choice.
After
all,
I
wonder
who
made
a
mistake
and
how
come
that
following
night
at
Ibis
in
France,
where
we
stayed,
everything
went
ok
through
the
same
reservation/booking
system?
Double
check
it
people
and
be
careful.
You
don't
want
to
get
stuck
like
me
at
around
midnight
in
the
middle
of
Germany
paying
twice
for
the
room
you
counted
you
already
booked/paid
for.
