Location was great near the motorway, parking space available..... But no soap in the shower and Air conditioning system is not working properly in the room. To hot in summer time. No warm breakfast choice just only cold breakfast. Not good for disabled people because no lift elevator in hotel... Overall its ok for one night stay in this price.

Ac didn't work in both rooms we rented. Rooms were clean. Only 2 pillows for 3 people a bit less, but we'll. It's just a budget hotel

Simple and budget hotel in a business area of Mannheim. Very calm during the weekends, but rather far from restaurants and the city centre. Decent breakfast. Weaknesses - registration computer was out of order which could be a problem in case of late arrival. No lift in the hotel which is rather unusual for Ibis Budget hotels. Can be problematic for some guests.

What a great overnight stay we had, for an amazing price. It was super clean, very comfortable and the staff went beyond. We brought our dog and one of the lovely booking staff emailed to tell us about a small dog park nearby. Nice touch. Parking was a breeze.

My first review wasn't published for some reason and I won't be lazy to write it again. A week ago, my young family and I weren't able to get into the hotel at all, although we had room reserved and confirmed through booking.com. We arrived later than expected at Ibis, so the reception was closed at the time. It was impossible to contact their team or anyone else who could possibly help help us in that situation. We were desperate. The confirmation number was showing faulty and we had no choice but to book the room for the night, again. The following morning, I made a big fuss about it but the lady at the reception was assuring me that no booking was made on my name through booking. com and that no extra money was taken from my credit card. She was all sweet and bubbly, asking me to pay an extra €12 for other adult person per night. That have blown my mind completely. And I had no choice. After all, I wonder who made a mistake and how come that following night at Ibis in France, where we stayed, everything went ok through the same reservation/booking system? Double check it people and be careful. You don't want to get stuck like me at around midnight in the middle of Germany paying twice for the room you counted you already booked/paid for.

Typical mass-produced copy-pasted minimalistic Ibis hotel. Difficult to give it more than 4 stars. As it is only functional and simple it should be less expensive!!! 82 euro incl. b'fast for 2 adults is too much for so much "basicness" (a new word specially invented for Ibis). For that it deserves only 3 stars. Fine for a night and b'fast, mattress ok, calm area with plenty of Parking. Good sleep with open window. I added one star for the third bed available in some rooms (better value for 3 persons), and the very friendly & professional guy at the reception deserving 5.

Most Accor hotels rooms only hold 3-4 people and for a family of 5, we take 2 rooms. There are no connecting doors so we were fortunate that we were next to each other. The surprise was that this hotel did not have any gifts to go between floors. So as we were on the 2nd floor, our 25kg bags had to be hand carried up the stairs. The night manager was kind enough to carry one bag up for us but perhaps not to be expected. The rooms were clean, the shower small but ok. The internet was free, there was a double bed and a single bunk above the double bed across the width of the bed head. The doors are keyed by a 6 digit combination. Two rooms for < 120 Euros. Happy enough.

Very rude service. We booked at the accor app, stating check-in for 14:00. At the hotel they refuse to check you in before 17:00. I guess you get what you pay.

Ibis budget as expected. Nice breakfast room which is a bit too small, though. The rooms are obviously a bit small but clean and functional.

If you want to own your money do not prefer this hotel. I booked for 4 nights. I paid for 5 nights and stayed just 3 nights. When I arrive the hotel the weather was very bad. I waited 2 hours to find some people for check in. I could not contact to anyone. I callled mailed etc. There was no staff. There was not anyone for helping check in. My booking was on agoda. Agoda had to send me a code for check in. But did not send. Because of the bad weather I booked 1 night from machine in front of hotel. Next day I told the receptionist. She did not refund for 1 night. I told her many times. Yes I booked on agoda but agoda did not send me any code. Agoda accepted they have this problem. But did not solve anything. Think you are coming from along way. You need stay at your hotel to relax. No no it is impossible you can not relax. You have to wait until tomorrow for some staffs to come hotel and start your check in process. Shortly if you want stay somewhere. Look another places. Dont use agoda and dont prefer this hotel.

No EV so hard to carry lots of luggage. Seems expensive compared to the facility

My fault completely. I didn't realise the actual location of this IBIS. Pay more and stay in Heidelberg, I felt very uneasy walking through the industrial Mannheim in the dark.
