Everything great: location, room, reception, facilities. TOP! We stayed with the three of us (with our 16 yr old daughter) in a room for three. It was extremely clean and such a convenient room. WIth nice dark curtains and so silent! Best shower of this vacation! Loved it.

Very clean hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was updated, simple and spacious. The convenience of this hotel to the train station is unbeatable, though it also means there is a bit of a walk to get to the more interesting parts of town. It was super handy for me that they had a laundry on the premises. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel as usual with the Hilton chain, top environment, good service, good quality products used and very convenient location. The hotel is close to the Mannheim’s main train station which makes it quite convenient when traveling by train. If you traveled by car, you can park in their garage, the only remark is that it is a bit pricey (25€/day). The breakfast is really good and you can even preorder some warm food if your preference. Highly recommend hotel, of course it is a Hilton, so expect to pay a bit extra than in other hotels on the area, but it worth it.

Stayed here for a festival at Maimarktclub and could not have been happier. Convenient location next to train station and tram stops, but the hotel is not noisy. The building is clearly very new and well maintained, pleasant modern design and a spacious room by European standards. Good breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quiet, well designed rooms right next to the Mannheim central station and bus terminal. Stayed there two times as a layover on long distance road trips for summer festivals. The room rates were much better than Frankfurt airport locations and parking about the same as off terminal hotels at FRA. The hotel is easy to get to from any of the many Autobahninterstates surrounding Mannheim and obviously most easy from the train. Considering the usually disappointing hotel experience in both Heidelberg and Darmstadt, I would stay here and commute to Heidelberg and Darmstadt in the future. The rooms are well designed, decent sized but not huge and the beds and bedding are excellent. We had king w/ pull out sofa and 2 twin respectively. The pull out sofa was prepared meticulously with extra towels and shower amenities - we were very grateful for that considering way past midnight arrivals. Three highlights as far as I am concerned: 1. The excellent noise insulation of the rooms 2. All windows open for fresh air and Sunday bell ringing (if one were so inclined) (mind you: noise insulation is a function of properly closed windows) 3. The nice bathroom with Hans Grohe temperature controlling hardware, overhead rain shower, and hand shower with massage setting Lobby and breakfast areas are modern and nice. Breakfast decent but not super fancy. Lovely sitting court yard with nice landscaping accents and lighting. Very cordial staff all around.

This hotel is overall quite good. I stayed there for three days and found it to be conveniently located near the station, just a minute away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. They offered a breakfast buffet every morning. While the variety was somewhat limited, the food was absolutely delicious. The only odd thing that happened was that one time when I was away from the table, the server took away my food even though I hadn't taken a bite yet.

Excellent, modern, super clean, well maintained, comfortable place with very friendly, helpful service. Comfortable and good sized rooms, great shower, good breakfast and convenient location next to the station. We used as a stopover driving through Germany with kids, were very happy - recommended! Ideal location right at the Central Station. Very nice, well-equipped and clean rooms. Ours had a great view and the beds were ultra comfortable. The staff was super pleasant, we really felt welcome.

I am extremely satisfied with Hotel and services. Enitre property is spick and span. Room are pretty comfortable, from perspective of today's requirements .2 USB ports are given on both side of beds. Very friendly staff I have been to couple of hotels in Mannheim, but for me it's the best Hotel. I will plan all my future stay in Hilton only. Also can refer to friends and family because it is very good

Rooms are really nice. People are kind and helpful. Breakfast is also very good. Bice decorations during Christmas time.

Simplicity is art , spacious is luxury. Stayed there during my transit , I felt that I naked right decision and deserve good night sleep. They manage to handle exactly what I need. Intimate restaurant theme with great menus, well done negroni drink and good breakfast. Located just steps away from central station, I’m just loving it.

Just next to a beautiful Mannheim train station. Beautiful views from the room, good service and good breakfast as well. There are places nearby to eat. Also has a supermarket close by. Room was clean and spacious.

Beautiful and very clean place, well maintained and quiet, located right next to the train station. Food is delicious, always fresh, perfectly prepared, and the presentation makes you hungry. Great, well managed hotel by the train station. Quiet rooms for the location and great shower with radio. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast looked great, will try it next time. Would come back again 👍

Clean and lobby is nice. Their little store carries a surprising selection of treats. The lounge and restaurant is just across from the checkin desk. It's a convenient short walk from the Mannheim train station. It's also not very noisy. There is a washer and dryer available on the same floor as the workout room. I give this 4 stars because sound clearly carries to your room from the hallway. Other guests were still talking loudly and slamming doors at 1AM. This place could use more sound buffering.

Super location and great hotel. Kevin stated the whole experience with a seamless and super pleasant check in process. Room was nice. Quiet. The in hotel laundry was great for getting our wash done. Would definitely stay again.

The most confusing conversation I’ve ever had with a hotel service. Around 10pm, there’s a bug crawling around, I captured it and called the reception. A staff came up with a piece of paper and a paper cup. Then I told him the room cannot be locked, and he said “the locked room can be opened from the inside but not the outside”. I was like okay, let’s try it out. We tried twice and the door could still be opened from outside without a card. He said he’d come back to us later (cuz he’s holding the bug now). After like 40min, I called the reception again. Another staff picked up the call, came up then told me the same thing. I told him we tried it out earlier it didn’t work, he tried again (later he stated with his card but I was inside the room and didn’t see it) and opened the door. And the confusion started. Him: It’s okay I opened the door with my card. Me: So the door can still be opened from the outside? Him: Yes but by us. You can hang the sign on the door so no one gonna open it. Me: I mean the door can’t be locked? Him: Technically yes and all doors work in the same way. Me: ??? Him: Are you scared of us? Me: ?????????? Me: I mean then there’s 0 security and everyone in the corridor can just open the door whenever they want??? What if other guests are mistaken and get in our room when we all asleep??? Him: Hmm I’ll ask my colleagues. About 10min later he called me and I tried again the locked door cannot be opened from the outside anymore. Took me about 1h in total. Now I see we were totally in different channels, but tbh, if the first person just simply came back or talked to his colleagues there would be no confusion. And btw the hotel yesterday got the bug on the ceiling with a vacuum.

Very clean room, beautiful bathroom, spacious shower, nice lobby area, staff at the bar more than amazing, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast reather limited not really many things to choose from, and staff missing, the plates were empty..

Great hotel, great friendly service, good food However, don't forget to put "please clean room" out, otherwise room does not get cleaned. Also, when calling the hotel, if front desk is busy no one answers the phone...frustrating when one needs information

Great Hotel in Mannheim. Room and bathroom were very clean. Service is very friendly. One improtant highlight: consistency; they haven't made any compromise in quality after one year (between my stays). Last year the Hotel also helped me as I left a shirt there after my stay. It was the team, that made this hotel, in my humble opinion, the best HGI in Germany.

Rooms are up to date with functional modern layout. Fitness center is decent, underground parking, excellent breakfast and a really happy to assist staff.

A very nice hotel. The staff in pleasant, lobby is clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is good and can get cooked to order eggs. We all know the Covid BS going around the world has effected hotels, restaurants and serviced.

Almost perfect. Some rooms face railway station, you can hear the announcements, if the window is opened. Good, that you have possibility to open the window. The amount of own underground parking lots is rather limited, but we got one. Reservation of parking is not possible

We arrived 01.30 in the morning, the room was splendid! Good interior, clean and they served a lovely breakfast.

Staff were really friendly and the stay was comfortable with all the amenities in order. Breakfast was delicious with a lot to choose from and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Close to train station and taxi to get anywhere you need to go. Plenty of shops and restaurants walking distance. Highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There are very good sound proof rooms and by that I mean you won't hear what is going on outside the hotel. The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options. The hotel staff are so nice, helpful and friendly. The parking spaces are very big and very convenient to access. It is 25€ per night. It may be expensive for some people but it was ok for me. The hotel location is good. It is only a 2-5 minute walk to the train station. There are some good restaurants around. They have a good gym. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and modern hotel. Friendly, welcoming reception makes a very good first impression. Breakfast was excellent, and the room is very modern and spotlessly clean. In fact it's the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen, meaning everything is as Covid-secure as it can be. Even the remote control for the TV was hygienically packaged. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and moreover the air-con works properly too! That's not always a given in Germany; some other hotels can be like sweat box hell! The bed was very comfy too; I slept like a log. The hotel's underground carpark is easily accessible, modern, and airy meaning even a larger car can be parked with ease. I was on a business trip, but I would consider using this hotel privately too. And they have good weekend rates.
