The hotel team its always ready to offer best accomodation servise for their clients. There are also many hotels arraund with double and triple prices for night so that some not happy can maybe have better accomodation.

Memo Hotel is a family business owned. Madam Shala is the manager, and her husband is main chef and owners. This is a very small hotel with old fashion rooms..zimmers... more like the 80s which is a bit disappointing. BUT!!! The service by Mrs Shala and Frau Uma is excellent 👌 Whatever I needed, they makes it work 💯 Food is great, tasty, and fresh. Breakfast is simple but very satisfying. So the Family and cosy ambience, cover the rooms design... I do think that hotel should get some upgrades, such as elevator to the floors as the stairs are very steep...and rooms renovation is highly recommended. Prices are great And most important The service is Top best, At a 5 star hotel I didn't get such a welcome, hospitality, honest and always a smile service. 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌💯💯💯💯
