We were there from 25/11-29/11, and we were very satisfied of the room (124), big and clean room with a very nice view. Every day they were cleaning the room and gave us new towels, shampoo, shower gel and cream. We arrived late on 25/11 ,around 00:30-01:00 midnight because our flight was late too,and the receptionist was very kind, no problem. The train station is next to the hotel, 10min to Mannheim. Everything was super 👌. Thank you very much, we will surely come back... and i hope we will got the same room. Maria.M. Greece.😊

the room is dirty. there is a layer of dust on the shelves, snot and hair in the bathroom, the glass is dirty, the bed is stained, the room is not ventilated, there are dirty marks on the sink. when booking a twin they gave a double. bed on wheels and rolled around the room while sleeping. the curtain is torn off its hinges. the seat is broken. There are springs sticking out of the mattress that you can feel with your back. There was one bath towel for 3 people. Wifi in the rooms on 10-11 floors no longer worked. I do not recommend to anyone!

The only nice thing about this place is that it is next to the HBF. The room we stayed in had mold, and was dangerously dark. An older person very well could have slipped getting in and out of the tub they provided- it was almost 2 feet high and the floor was extremely slippery. Add that on to the fact that there was almost 0 light in our room and it very well could have turned dangerous. Our room was dirty and dark. It also stank. The only good thing was the balcony, but even that was disgusting and not taken care of in the slightest. They messed up our reservation, as well, because of staff miscommunication. The location is also dark and could be dangerous to those arriving at night. There is almost no lighting at night when coming from the HBF. I would not recommend anyone to stay here- even short term.

It's disaster. Rooms are smelly and have bugs and insects. I have changed my room, but the new one was even worse. It is officially worse hotel in my travels in Germany. I have been to around 170 hotels during this year. To be worse - means something. Avoid it if you can. The only positive feature of this hotel is good English in reception.

Bedbugs in the room, I had to sleep in the bathroom. The worst place ever, with cigarette and menstrual pad on the balcony. Service knew about bedbugs (they heated the room to 40-50 degrees to kill them and they told us to open the balcony for the night 'cause they are fully booked). It was a lie, two nearby rooms were closed and plombed with some machines working in them, heating or drying mold that was on the ceiling and walls everywhere. They didn't warn us or apologised for anything! The worst is that manager knows about it and does nothing... DO NOT GO THERE, IT'S DANGEROUS FOR YOUR HEALTH.

The only ok part of our stay was the Sky Lounge, the staff there were friendly and the service good. The room was large but the double bed was fixed against the wall which meant one person had to climb in from the bottom of the bed. There was a fan and a heater in the room as the air con and heating seemed not to work. The noise from the railway opposite was audible even with the windows closed. The lifts were dreadfully slow and small, the room numbers were not clear and it was hard to find which floor we were on. We ate in a small area accessed from the car park rather the hotel dining room. As we were with a coach party they provided a barely eatable evening meal with no choice of main course or dessert. The breakfast was OK and the dining area for that was inside the hotel and clean. June 15th 2018

Nearly excellent. Upon our arrival we could not help but notice the subtle and peculiar sticky plastic applications on the toilet seat and the carefully arranged bits of chipped plaster in the bathtub drain which made for a truly lovely and refreshing bathroom! Furthermore we were also mesmerised by the truly stunning and fascinating water spots on the furniture. There's almost nothing left to be desired, although I would still like to voice one minor complaint: there was only ONE booger left on the edge of the sink! Unheard-of!

Decently good hotel... The staff was very friendly.. although it took almost 5 minutes to complete the check-in process ! The rooms are spacious, clean and normally furnished... No complimentary water or drinks provided.. The breakfast was really good...lot of hot and cold options and some really good coffee ! The seating area is a little cranky though.... There is a bar on the top floor with a 360° panoramic view... Located just 5 minutes away by walk from the Ludwigshafen main station...

I dont often bother usually with writing reveiews but my stay here was the worst hotel experience in my life * The toilet has rust and the tub was not even clean * the furniture was cracked and torn down also the side table had stains on it * the smell was bad in the room and the corridor like they never bothered with proper ventilation * spider webs were in every corner in the ceiling * the room was not even heated properly i was freezing at night * the TV is just insulting by today's standards and the remote had a screw in it for some reason They say it is a 3 stars hotel but i wouldnt give it 1 especially for 75€ a night BOOK HERE FOR NIGHTMARES Never comming back Now i am sure the owner will reply that they couldnt find booking under my name so the photos are the proof

After 5 years back in hell, nothing has changed in the past years this place should definitely be closed, if you are tired you better sleep in the car or outside it will be better for you than in a room without air conditioning where it is over 40 degrees, that is inhumane!!!

It is an old hotel with some maintenance issues. Overall would not recommend. You can get something better for the same price. Pros: The room is nice and with a nice view of Mannheim/Ludwigshafen. It is close to Basf industrial site (if you have to go there) Fair breakfast Cons: Cleanliness could be improved (my room was smelling like smoke even though it is a smoke free hotel); Poor wifi connection (very very slow); They only accepts one connected wifi device per room; They have no restaurant opened at night, so, no room service as well (they recommended to go to the hotel restaurant across the bridge).

Be careful, there are photos of nice rooms that have been remodeled and there are rooms that have not. We for an old room that was dirty and outdated. The bathroom had stains on the walls, windows were very dirty and everything was dusty. Dirtiest room I have stayed in. However bar on 17 floor was nice and cheap

Very bad quality rooms and not clean at all. I was able luckily to cancel my stay. The personnel at the reception however was very nice.

Bar on top was cool to go to. Nice view. Would stay here again if back.
