It's a beautiful building and nicely located at a tram line that goes to the main station. Residential neighborhood. I also appreciated the allergy conscious cleaning system they advertise. I was able to breathe nicely. I did not like the way I was (not) welcomed. In general, I did not think this place deserves 4 stars in hotel category. I've stayed at better two star hotels. There was no attention to detail - dead fly on my window sill, the welcome paper note on my bed had heavy wear and tear. Not welcoming. Having worked in hotels myself I find this unacceptable for a 4-star. Also, no air-conditioning available.

Really nice and cozy hotel, you can tell they put a lot of efforts in making it comfortable. The service is very good, very nice people.

One of the worst hotels I have been, and the owner and her mom aren't polite at all! Breakfast bread should be fresh...
