have
to
share
my
negative
impressions
about
this
accommodation.
It
was
one
of
the
worst
travel
experiences
I've
had.
First,
the
service
staff
was
arrogant
and
disrespectful.
From
the
very
beginning
I
felt
that
we
were
not
welcome
and
there
was
no
desire
to
help
us
or
ask
how
we
could
enjoy
our
stay.
To
make
matters
worse,
when
we
got
to
the
reception
desk,
we
were
extremely
embarrassed
when
the
employee
obviously
demanded
all
of
our
personal
documents,
including
those
of
a
5-year-old
child.
This
attitude
caused
surprise
and
mistrust
of
this
institution.
But
that's
not
all
-
although
we
had
already
made
the
payment
through
the
Booking
platform,
the
service
person
suddenly
started
demanding
additional
payments.
He
inadequately
stated
that
the
payment
we
had
already
made
was
significantly
less
than
it
should
have
been
and
that
we
needed
to
add
more
money
to
stay.
Such
behavior
is
unacceptable
and
distorts
the
trust
of
customers
in
this
institution.
Indeed,
this
establishment
seems
to
be
full
of
scammers
and
I
strongly
recommend
all
travelers
to
avoid
it.
This
is
definitely
not
a
place
I
would
return
to
and
I
advise
all
travelers
to
avoid
this
place
and
its
staff.
We
need
to
look
for
another,
more
reliable
and
better
rated
accommodation
to
avoid
unnecessary
problems
and
inconveniences
in
our
trip.
