To make matters worse, when we got to the reception desk, we were extremely embarrassed when the employee obviously demanded all of our personal documents, including those of a 5-year-old child. This attitude caused surprise and mistrust of this institution. But that's not all - although we had already made the payment through the Booking platform, the service person suddenly started demanding additional payments. He inadequately stated that the payment we had already made was significantly less than it should have been and that we needed to add more money to stay. Such behavior is unacceptable and distorts the trust of customers in this institution. Indeed, this establishment seems to be full of scammers and I strongly recommend all travelers to avoid it. This is definitely not a place I would return to and I advise all travelers to avoid this place and its staff. We need to look for another, more reliable and better rated accommodation to avoid unnecessary problems and inconveniences in our trip.

Nicely decorated accommodation. Ate breakfast in room due to covid restrictions. Spent evening in Heidelberg. Big room for two people with extra kitchen, balcony and sauna. Heidelberg Altstadt less than 10 km away. Driving own car. Highly recommended as hotels can be very costly in Heidelberg.
