Coffee was very good. The cookie too. I liked the decorations of the place and the interior generally was really nice 👍

Nice place for a coffee - among other delicious patisseries - while chatting with friends. Star Coffee is close to the central station (Hbf) in downtown Mannheim, and you can confirm its success by the line that forms before the opening.

Very good coffee, convenient location, friendly staff. The music is good and not too loud. A local hub for meetups, dates, and hangouts. Also a nice place to be if you feel more comfortable working with other people around or if you're working on a group project/assignment. I spent many nice hours working and relaxing in here. Strongly recommended.

Love the laid back vibe! Very cosy interior/outside seating available as well. Very yummy cakes / muffins and a wide variety of coffee / drinks. Self service! Close to the main train station.

This barista was rude and unprofessional and irritated me. He has no culture and was mansplaining me how to drink my coffee. What kind of customers go there if he can't fulfil a simple wish what customer needs. There is a saying "Customer is always the king". This guy needs help from a good psychologist and let him learn course on how to be kind to others.

Went there as they opened in the morning after a night out. Friend had a capaccino and a pain au Chocolat and i had their plantain chips. I mean they don't make them in house so I hesitate to have my review reflect my enjoyment or lack there of of those chips. Super salty, cardboard-like. Otherwise very nice place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Bunch of flies in the shop, please take care of it.

good place to relax and spend leisure time here Free Wi-Fi, power sockets and big tables make it possible if you have to do a little work here there is no AC,so it's a bit hot during summer the coffee here is ok, they also offer nice dessert good to visit

This is a very busy coffee shop and the iced coffee is great. Cake choices are nice too. We waited a long time to be served and staff were not particularly friendly.

One of my favourite cafes in Mannheim - great coffee and generally staff are friendly. Can’t give 5 stars as I was very disappointed once when I asked for an iced americano - and it arrived with cows milk. Being lactose intolerant I had to refuse the 4 euro drink - and was condescendingly told my the guy with a pony tail that “that’s what an ice americano is” and was not given a replacement.

Great coffee, tasty pastries, really comfy and nice ambiance, this was a great coffee experience. Can only recommend.

Best café in Mannheim. Good coffee, good selection of tasty cake, and quick service. Prices are standard. It's always super busy, but most of the time, you can still get a table or a chair. Only criticism: the restroom can be a bit off-putting.

Very nice atmosphere. I love this place because it feels cozy and comfortable. Plus, they have Wi-Fi which makes it a good place for home office when not too busy. Drinks are a little expensive, but still cheaper than Starbucks or Coffer Fellows. And they have plant milk which is definitely a plus for me.

My favourite coffee shop! It‘s near the central station, you only need to walk a few minutes straight down the street! They have a variety of drinks and food (sandwiches, cake, cupcakes,…). Even though they also provide plant milk none of the food is vegan sadly :/ The atmosphere is very relaxing and there is always nice music playing in the background! The staff is very friendly and you are able to sit down for several hours to study and work. There are bigger tables to work in groups or smaller ones if you want to work alone. You can also charge your devices there and you have free WIFI. I absolutely recommend a visit even though it‘s often very busy/full because people like it so much there :D Edit: apparently there are vegan food options now! I think the Tomato Pasta and the hummus Bagel!

I love their coffee - especially the cortado with oat milk, and the croissants (that are sold out very quickly in the morning) - addictive!

Me and my family live in  Bingen am Rhein which is 1 hour away from Mannheim, but despite this distance we drive almost every weekend to get my husband's favourite Ice Caramel Mocha. But today, unfortunately the lady who took the order meesed it up, and charged me for the regular hot caramel coffee. When the barista understood that she made a mistake, both the lady who took the order and barista looked at me as if it was MY MISTAKE and in addition to that none of those people even apologized or remade me a new coffee, I only heart "tut mir leid". If u guys were really sorry for that confusion and ur own mistake u'd make me a new one for free, as other GOOD CAFÈS do. I would be surprised if those people working there couldn't understand me but I clearly said Ice Caramel Mocha, in German language it is the same "Ice Caramel Mocha". Thank you for ur horrible service and for spoiling the weekend mood!

Cozy place to enjoy different kind of coffees and sweet snacks. It is self service and the staff does not bother you if you haven’t ordered anything new in a while. It looks as if it was part of a franchise, but is actually a locally owned business.

Great bagel sandwiches and cakes. Chai latte was a little weak. Very friendly to an English speaker and accepted card.

Cool place to chill and spend some time. Very friendly staff(Some do speak English) They offer variety of coffee, chocolate products both hot and cold, pastries etc

The place is very nice overall and I would recommend going there. Pricing is a bit steep and you have to pick up your own drinks/food at the bar, but it is worth it. The toilets were a bit weird though which is why I'm giving it 4 stars, there was barely any water coming out of the faucet which made properly washing your hands difficult.

Good drinks, love it for studying there and it hat a good Wi-Fi connection :)
