Cool cafe/bar filled with locals in the morning. Great service & good coffee. French styling & antiques based on the original Max bar in Paris...no longer in existence.

Great beer, great staff, and incredible service! I never made it to the bottom of my glass without one of the staff asking if I wanted another. Hope to visit again soon!

Basic bar serving local beers, coffee etc with outside seating. Quirky interior typical of bars often used by locals. Prices a bit cheaper than the more usual up market and tourist bars and cafes. Friendly service and English spoken.

Very chill/calm environment! Nice place to have a mid-day drink before seeing the rest of the town. Everyone here was so insanely nice!

A beautiful Cafe at Old Town Heidelberg, my kind of place where you can find both coffee and beer, where people go for work and conversations. It's a perfect place to relax and reflect. The person running the Cafe is super polite and friendly. Oh, you can smoke inside too, although that's not always very pretty esp. for the non-smokers.

Nice cosy place, covered in old French decor. Reasonable prices, friendly service. It is a smoking bar though, so it's a bit stuffy inside.

I was a little disappointed when visiting here because the great reviews. Amazing location near the church and perfect spot for people watching However it tool ages to order a beer and then ages to get the bill The beer was nice and this might have been an off day so still might be worth a shot for a drink

Very cozy, excellent service with an authentic vibe. Beers are ice cold and the late opening hours make this a go to bar for the all day enthusiasts
